Craig-Y-Nos Castle Hotel offers our Grade I Opera House a breath taking setting for a beautiful wedding or civil ceremony. In this regal setting you can have 130 of your nearest and dearest watching you say 'I do'! This space was designed by Adalina Patti one of the biggest superstars of her day, modeled on Wagner’s Opera House in Bavaria.

Afterwards, your drinks reception takes place in either the Lounge or the Gardens, weather dependant sit by our woodburning fires in a warm & cosy atmosphere complete with plush leather chairs and view over the river Tawe. The expansive gardens have been meticulously maintained and provide a scenic setting for relaxed mingling.enjoy the sunshine whilst playing lawn games.

There are near endless spots to stage your wedding photos on the grounds here. The Country Park Woodland and Boating Lake are popular spots year-round. The castle itself serves as a magnificent backdrop for your formal portraits and group photos.

For your wedding breakfast, our conservatory offers a gorgeous picturisque setting with floor-to-ceiling windows offer magnificent views across the Brecon Beacons. Afterward, guests can seamlessly transition to the function room for your evening reception where your guests can enjoy the relaxed atomosphere of the bar or dance the night away an evening they will be sure not to forget.

Accommodations

Up to 95 of your wedding guests can enjoy a restful overnight stay within the castle in one of the venue’s many guest rooms. There are a number of family rooms and ensuite rooms for your guests to enjoy all centered around our charming courtyard, guests will have the option of a second nights stay so the wake up fresh for the special day ahead.
