Located in Hackney, East London, CRATE Brewery is a unique event space perfect for weddings and other special occasions. Nestled on the banks of the River Lea, it is a place fuelled by friends, food, music, and creativity. The building has a colourful history as it was the home of a print factory. Crate reinvented the space in 2012 into the industrial and charming space it is today.

Facilities and Capacity

CRATE Brewery occupies the first floor of the building, while an artistry space and Silo, the Michelin Stared Zero-waste restaurant, are on the second floor. The team built a canal-side bar and restaurant using upcycled materials with the help of the local creative community. The design now reflects the area's creative ethos. There is an indoor taproom and studio space for an authentic brewery atmosphere, while an outdoor space is also available along the canal with heated tables for the colder evenings.

Crate is a brewery and pizzeria serving high-quality beers and delicious food. Partnered with Purity Brewing, their beer is made using sustainable brew kits. Alongside their own range, they also feature rotating guest lines to showcase some of the best in the craft beer industry. Each pizza is hand-rolled and stone-baked using the finest fresh ingredients so guests can taste the quality in every bite. CRATE Brewery offers a remarkable event space with food and beer that feeds the soul.
