Crockstead fields is a lovely little spot tucked away in the East Sussex countryside. We have worked hard to build site elements that fit in with the natural surroundings to provide the perfect festival wedding experience. Our ethos is to create fun, laid back events where you and your guests can enjoy a stress free weekend on site while we run around in the background for you. With the on-site team and our close-knit group of suppliers we have all aspectscovered to deliver your ideal, cost effective wedding.

Your guests enter our section of the beautiful Crockstead Farm estate via a tree lined path and a bridge over a stream. Here you will find the main events field: To your right sits our beautiful 10 x 18m Petal Pole Marquee, lined with coconut matting, dressed tables and classic chiavari chairs. Large bamboo shade lights hang from the central wooden poles and in the corner sits our rustic bar and parquet dancefloor. In front of you, sitting under a cluster of Oak trees, is our hand-built wooden Pagoda, fully licensed for ceremonies and sitting in a natural ampitheatre. To the back of this section is a treehouse chillout and seating area, a perfect space for your guests to sneak off to later in the evening. To your left sits our fire pit area, and scattered around the rest of the field are the naked teepee, crazy golf course, catering tent and all the other elements that make up the field.

On top of this you have full use of our separate camping field, which can be provided with a bell tent village as an optional add on. Within this field sit our compost toilets, hot showers and lighted seating areas. Included in your package are 2 bohemian yurts, each with their own toilet and shower - one of these makes a really nice and on brand option for the honeymoon suite.

We actively encourage you to take advantage of having the site all weekend. Bring some guests along to camp on the Friday or have a post wedding fry up on Sunday with prosecco and garden games; Whatever you want to do, we're here to make it happen.

In terms of catering we have a great range of options available through our sister company Shibui Cafe. Our focus is on fun sharing platters and buffets that complement the venue and help create that carefree, festival atmosphere. We can cover food throughout your stay on site from an evening sit down Indian feast on the Friday, to Saturday canapes, evening pizza and pasta and american pancakes on the Sunday. Like with all our other suppliers, if you want to bring in someone else that is totally fine and we have some great suggestions to help you on your way.
