Crondon Park is a historic wedding venue located in Stock, Essex's beautiful and peaceful countryside, offering exclusive use for grand affairs. This award-winning setting is a fine example of 17th-century architecture, with its Jacobean barn providing a truly unique atmosphere. Set in the picturesque surroundings of Stock Valley, this secluded property is the ideal space for a peaceful country wedding.

Facilities and Capacity

The Baronial Suite is the beating heart of Crondon Park, bursting with character, charm, and stunning staging areas. The Ryder Room is the designated civil ceremony space overlooking the estate's beautiful gardens. Outside, a gorgeous floral canopy provides a romantic amphitheatre-style setting for summer nuptials. The Baronial Hall is the main function room, embracing an authentic Tudor barn aesthetic. The room features a rare Rosewood floor beneath provocative light oak timber beams. The effect is one of dignified splendour that celebrates its centuries-old roots. From here, couples will have private access to a beautiful half-acre garden where they take those all-important photographs. A full-stocked bar opens out to the hall, with an external seating area available just beside. All three sites share themed lighting that can be adjusted to match the chosen colour scheme. To-be-weds will also have use of the Willows, a lockable room with toilet facilities attached to the Ryder Room. Thirty yards from the property awaits the get-ready suite, complete with a four-poster bed, lounge area, multiple mirrors, and prime lighting. A luxury selection of comfortable suites, with an outdoor patio and garden, are also available for guests to retire.

New to the venue we are able to offer for night before accommodation, located separately from the Baronial Hall. It can sleep up to 8 people, has 2 dressing tables and private patio, allowing the bridal party to prepare themselves prior to the ceremony. For accommodation on the night of the wedding, we have a Bridal Suite with private courtyard and parking, as well as 5 guest rooms within the main building.

Backed by over 25 years of hosting weddings, this attentive team promise to take care of every detail with a professional and organised approach. All catering is in-house, using fresh produce to create delicious dishes to suit a range of tastes and dietary requirements. On the day, couples will receive the assistance of a dedicated Front of House Manager and team who will oversee the event. Fully-inclusive wedding packages include furnishings, linen, glass and tableware.
