From start to finish we couldn't be happier with Dodford Manor.

We got married on June 9th 2024 and from our first visit in 2022 we knew we had to get married at Dodford. The venue is simply beautiful, the grounds are immaculate - all the lavender was out when we got married and it made for some great photos. The drive in with all the countryside and sheep roaming makes for a great first impression when driving into the grounds.

The main barn is what sold us the venue though, the exposed brickwork, oak beams and glass frontage reminded us of our trips to Italy and our decision was made on the spot.

The wonderful staff is also what makes Dodford that bit more special, they are such lovely people and were on hand to answer all our weird and wonderful questions on the run up to our big day - and believe me we had some! 😂

We was allocated Sky as our event manager and she is truly a gem, she was on hand throughout our whole day smiling and assisting with everything to ensure it was perfect! Sky really made our day that extra bit special and her organisation with it all prior and on the day was really appreciated.

Dodford truly have thought of everything, from the list of recommended suppliers in which we sourced our band Apollo Soul who our family and friends are still talking about now - to the day before wheeling out the big trollies to transport our decorations, signage and drinks - also the NO CORKAGE, brilliant!!!

A quick mention to Jenkinson's the caterers who completely wowed the whole entire wedding party - the food was outstanding, well portioned, hot and all served professionally and with a smile, we couldn't recommend them enough. All the guests have said it was the best wedding food they have ever had!

I could write pages singing Dodford Manor's praises, we wish we could do it all again.

The most amazing venue and people that you could ever ask for on your special day!
We had the absolute pleasure of getting married at Dodford Manor on 12th September 2024. From our very first visit in January 2022 to our wedding day Dodford Manor’s team have been incredible. The venue is stunning, the team are friendly, attentive and amazing at what they do making our day run so smoothly with no issues at all. They were always so happy to help, from getting umbrellas when the rain started, herding guests in the right direction, making sure that my wife and I were well catered for and looked after, to finding some batteries for a surprise inflatable suit that I wore in the evening. If we could do it all again, we would without a doubt choose to do it at Dodford Manor. Thank you so much to all the team who made our dream day come true, we are truly grateful. From the moment we walked into Dodford Manor we were in LOVE - it was the first venue we visited and instantly knew we did not need to search any further.
Driving into the venue was like driving through a painting with sheep milling across the road and pulling up in front of the stunning barns. The interior of the barns was as beautiful as the outside and every member of staff we have had the pleasure of speaking to are truly fantastic. No query is too small and is answered very quickly with helpful advice along the way, we know, we sent quite a few emails for information over the 2 years of planning.
On the day Lauren & Hannah were incredible, from understanding the vision we had for our setup and executing it perfectly, to supporting and advising us throughout the set up stage in the morning and allowing Sarah and her bridal party to get ready with no disruption whilst being on hand if any of them needed anything. The day went so smoothly with the staff working as a perfectly oiled machine, even when some of our guests could not make it at the last minute and we asked to remove a table for dinner moments before entering.
Jenkinsons (the dedicated caterers) were equally as incredible from Megan helping us build the perfect menu, and helping ensure we could have a dish that was not on their menu selections, the catering manager and the team on the day served our guests with a meal we still have guests rave about 6 months later! Every course was cooked to perfection, and served so smoothly.
If you have any doubts about using Dodford Manor, dismiss them, we would recommend the venue and people every day of the week.

From our first visit, we knew we wanted Dodford Manor as our wedding venue and we weren’t disappointed. Dodford Manor was just wonderful and their team just as amazing. From our initial viewing through to our Wedding day, there was always someone on hand to answer questions, no matter how small. They embraced my ideas to include some Polish traditions which made the day so special. Our friends and family are still telling us what a beautiful venue it was and how wonderfully attentive the staff were. Hannah was our on the day coordinator making sure every element ran smoothly from start to finish. Thank you x

We chose to have our wedding at Dodford manor, and we do not regret our decision in the slightest. The venue was incredible, and the team were just as amazing - working hard behind the scenes to ensure our wedding day ran smoothly.
From our initial viewing day to the wedding day itself, we had nothing but great experiences. The Team is very good and quick to reply to any emails, phone calls or any enquiries and we found them very accommodating, informative, professional, and very friendly.
Our wedding co-ordinator for the day was Abbie – she was an absolute superstar; we were very thankful to have her as part of our team. Both me and my husband said how well run and stress free the day felt for us as the bride and groom.
All our guests commented on how amazing the venue was from how beautiful the barns were to how incredible for the food was. If you are looking for a wedding venue – we would highly recommend Dodford Manor.

Words can’t express how much the team made our special day beautiful and so memorable. We had evening guests that turned up during the day and the team were able to make adjustments to accommodate everyone. Our wedding coordinator Kayleigh was amazing! I couldn’t praise her enough. The venue was beautiful, and honestly we would do it all over again at Dodford Manor! I would 100% recommend.

We cannot recommend Dodford Manor enough! We spent a long time looking for venues online and when we found Dodford Manor, it was the first one that ticked all of our boxes. We went to view the venue (the only one we liked enough to go a view!) and immediately knew this was the venue for us. The staff were all so lovely, positive and enthusiastic - you really got the impression they loved their jobs. We felt like they understood our requirements and were accommodating to all of our suggestions. They made the whole process so enjoyable and both my now wife (ahhh!) and I were able to just have fun planning rather than feeling stressed. A real bonus for us was that we were able to drop off all of our wedding stationary and equipment the 2 mornings prior to the wedding (both mornings). They came out to help with transporting all of it and kept it safe in a shed to the side of the venue, ready for them to set up and take down for us, so there was no stress or pressure on us or our loved ones on the morning of the wedding or the day after. We also got married on site so there was never any travel necessary behind venues which we were looking for. Not to mention the venue itself is stunning and the location is perfect for those sunset photos! I had the privilege of using their beauty room on the morning of the wedding which is another unique benefit - it had everything we needed!
Jenkinsons caterering were the caterers that came with the venue and everyone commented on how lovely the food was. We had a food tasting day with other couples which they set up in the way a wedding would flow which was a really nice touch! We ate SO MUCH food (it’s a definite tasting!) and this really helped us picked our menu for the wedding. They were very accommodating of our guests and any dietary advice also!
We would really like to highlight one member of staff in particular: Skye! She was our wedding coordinator on the day and my gosh she absolutely smashed it! Nothing was ever too much, communication was spot on and we seemlessly went through the day without a hitch because of her busy bee-ing behind the scenes! We couldn’t believe she was there from 8am until we left at around 12:30am! It also helped that she was the loveliest person so everyone got on really well.
Overall, we couldn’t have asked for anything more from a venue and we so appreciate all of the time and effort that went into making our day so special. Thank you, Dodford!

My wife and I chose to get married in the beautiful setting of Dodford Manor after finding it online we fell in love with the views and character.

We visited the venue after 2 weeks of being engaged and booked it the same day. This was one of the best decisions we made regarding our wedding.

The staff answered all our questions (even at unsociable hours!) from 18 months away to less than 24 hours away. We were able to make the day completely our own; particularly with decorations as we made a lot of our own things and had very specific instructions regarding them. These were followed by Abbie to the exact letter, we couldn't fault a thing. This made our morning a lot less stresfull knowing everything was being looked after and would be exactly as requested.

We had a few somewhat unique special requests, with my wifes family being Polish, and the traditions that come with this. The venue upheld these tradition as far as physcailly possible and this really helped make our day even more special.

Guests came away from the day saying it was the best wedding they have ever been to and one of the most gorgeous venues. As well as remarking how full they were and how good the food was, Jenkinsons Caterers (the in house required caterers) did a fantastic job with our (somewhat complex) food requirements.

Not sure how they do this evey day, but I hope for peoples happiness they never stop 5000/10 :D

My husband and I got married here in September 2023 and had the most amazing day, Abbie and the the team did an incredible job of making it as stress-free as possible for us. One of the things that drew us to look at this venue was the no-corkage perk which was perfect as our friends and family are big drinkers, but there was a good selection of drinks at fair prices at the bar for after the wedding breakfast. The barn itself is gorgeous, set in the beautiful countryside in Northamptonshire with sheep and llamas in the fields close by. We were able to get some beautiful wedding photos with the sunset over the fields. The courtyard was ideal for providing games for the kids and ensuring they weren't out of sight. The white company soap and hand cream in the toilets was a lovely touch. Whilst we were provided a PSL to choose a DJ/band from, Dodford were very accommodating when we asked to use a band that wasn't on the list so we were able to enjoy our wedding party as we'd planned. The food was exquisite, we loved that we were able to go for a free meal tasting session before and enjoy some wine along with a taster of many of the dishes where a lot of venues would charge for this. We had lots of compliments at the quality and quantity of the food, guests told us it was the first wedding they've been to where they were stuffed after the meal. Abbie was our coordinator for the day and did an outstanding job of making the whole day run seamlessly, we were really lucky to have her there. A massive thank you to the whole team at Dodford for making our day so special. Friends advised me to expect for something to go wrong on my wedding day but not one thing did and that's largely down to the team for helping us prepare so well and supporting us on the day.

Honestly the most incredible venue with the most supportive staff. This was the first venue we went to see and we fell in love immediately. It is the perfect balance of rustic barn with a modern twist. Very little decoration is needed, because it is already such a beautiful space. And so convenient being able to get ready, get married and then have the reception all on site - but in different rooms so there isn’t the worry about waiting whilst rooms are turned around.

Special mention to the staff, and Lauren who was our event coordinator on the day. Every single one of them is so helpful and happy to answer any questions in the lead up to the day. You get a planning meeting prior to the wedding which goes over every little detail and really put me at ease - especially as someone who is a big planner! Then on the day, we knew we didn’t have to worry about a thing because Lauren had it all covered!

The price for hire is also such good value - you do have to go with their chosen caterers - Jenkinsons - but they are also very reasonably priced, with so many options and honestly the tastiest food we have ever tried. Guests were complimenting the food constantly!

Couldn’t recommend this venue more and I’m so glad we chose it to have our special day. It will always hold a special place in our hearts now and hopefully we can return one day for one of their catering events for couples married there!

We had our wedding day at Dodford Manor at the end of November and it couldn’t have been more perfect! From our initial enquiries and booking to the day itself, every member of the team were so friendly and prompt at responding to any of our questions. Our event manager on the day Lauren ensured the day ran as smoothly as possible and was so helpful throughout. We would absolutely recommend this venue to any couples for your special day.

We had seen 2 or 3 other venues before coming to Dodford for a viewing morning. Although there were other couples there, we were made to feel like the only engaged couple in the world, so special and tailored to us. We booked there and then after 30 seconds of deliberation. The team were so responsive to all our random questions during the planning period, it felt simply easy (and when planning a wedding, that's no easy feat in itself!) On the day itself, our venue coordinator Lydia couldn't do enough. It was so perfectly run, nothing was out of step, and we had an absolute blast. We would relive the day over and over if we could, and holding it at Dodford Manor was the best decision we made!
