Oswald House offers a unique setting for your special day. We offer an exclusive use ‘home from home’ Venue. Inclusive of 15 newly refurbished en-suite bedrooms, including our amazingly grand Bridal Suite overlooking the Park and sea, Private front door access to our traditional reception room with grand fireplace, the Garden Ceremony room, Our Ballroom which boasts ceiling to floor windows and Spacious main bar.

As well as exclusive use of the house we have an impressive array of Chiavari chairs, specialist linens, sashes, candelabras, aisle runners, sweetie buffet, Helping add those extra special personal finishing touches with ease.

The town of Kirkcaldy is conveniently located for any loved ones arriving from out of town. The nearby motorway links the country house to Edinburgh, Glasgow, Dundee, and Perth. The A9 north is also close at hand.
