We got married in October 2024, we had our whole day at Easthampstead Park. It was our absolute dream venue, and we had the most fantastic day.
As the bride and groom where the venue was concerned they absolutely did everything right for us. Our wedding co-ordonater Liliana was amazing, she always replied quickly to emails, always answered the phone for any little thing and was more than happy to arrange to meet us whenever we needed. She made us feel reassured all the way up to the wedding and we couldn’t recommend her enough, absolute massive shoutout to her she was fantastic and without her our day wouldn’t have been as smooth and wonderful for sure.
As for the venue itself the setting is amazing, so many picture opportunities for any photographs, we were originally aiming for an outside ceremony however the weather wasn’t on our side and the morning of we had to move the ceremony inside, we were made aware that this would be a possibility due to the time of year.
The staff were all amazing, we had almost 110 guests for the ceremony and there were no complaints from any guests, a wonderful time was had by all.
We had a choice of two honeymoon suites and the suite chosen was absolutely amazing, we had so much space for the bridal party to get ready in the morning as there were 11 of us altogether not including the mums and our photographer. The staff brought us breakfast and some bubbly which was a wonderful addition.
EHP work great with any additional vendors we had come in from the ceremony to the reception.
Overall it was just a fantastic day and we couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you so much EHP for helping to host the most amazing and unforgettable day

From the moment we attended a wedding fair at Easthampstead Park, we felt a sense of calmness, happiness and relaxation. As well as being blown away by the beauty of this place. We was very lucky to have dealings with a few of the lovely ladies from Kelly, to Hannah and to Lili. Each one of them made us feel at ease right from the beginning and whenever we visited the venue we was always greeted with a smile and hug from them, which always put our mind at ease that we chose the correct venue.
Hannah and Lili never seemed phased or showed any annoyance to the many phone calls and emails we sent them and always answered the questions promptly that my husband and myself would ask.

When you book a wedding with Easthampstead they dont ever make you feel just like a couple booking a wedding they build a rapport and want to go on the journey with you and see your vision come to light. This was also apparent on our wedding day for how attentive Hannah was with checking in on Geoff and I and explaining that everything was going to plan and being just as excited that the weather was on our side as we had an outside ceremony.

We would highly recommend booking your wedding at Easthampstead Park, you will have an amazing experience from, attending a wedding fair, touring the beautiful grounds, tasting your food choices, catching up with team to finally having the best day of your life and it running smoothly thanks to the amazing team.

We got married at Easthampstead Park in August 2024 and the venue from day one was very important to us both as it had once been our school but 5 years apart. Now a luxury venue for weddings, we were excited about having the venue for our wedding.

From day one, viewing the venue Lili was informative, knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure we had the date we wanted. Throughout all of our questions, she made sure we had the answers even a year before the wedding!
The staff at EP were fantastic on the day. Every member of staff made us feel very special, couldn't do enough for us and made me feel totally at ease and stress free.

The Toast Master was fantastic and made sure the day went smoothly. The DJ we chose from their list was fantastic we never had an empty dance floor.

I was worried about setting up of the wedding breakfast and ensuring all the placings were in the right place and the table decorations looked good but the staff took if all off my hands and set it up perfectly.

The bridal suite was huge and more than enough for all of us to get ready for hair and make up, although it was a little strange sleeping there as it used to be my maths classroom! Looks very glamorous now though.

Wow where do I even start… our wedding day was simply the best day of our lives!

It couldn’t have gone any better thanks to Lili and the team.. the staff are a credit to this beautiful venue.

Our whole day was seamless.. if anything did go wrong I wouldn’t have even known as Lili was so on the ball with everything.

Lili coordinated all of our suppliers and made sure everything was exactly as I wanted.. Lili really listened in our meetings and everything turned out just perfect!

The food and drinks were amazing and our guests have not stopped talking about our day and how amazing it was.

We just wish we could do it all again!

Everything about Easthampstead park made our day absolutely perfect. Lili was the most amazing wedding planner we could have asked for, super friendly and helpful and quick at responding to any queries we had and genuinely makes you feel like a friend rather than a client. She really made our wedding planning journey as easy as possible.
On the day the whole team, but especially Lili and Mark, made sure our day ran smoothly, they were so attentive to us (always checking in to make sure we was OK, running around helping us so we wasn’t stressed and could just enjoy ourselves) and our guests and couldn’t have done more to help up. The bar staff were amazing and there was never a queue at the bar.
The venue itself it’s absolutely stunning, every single guest commented on how beautiful the venue was. The grounds are beautiful and make for wonderful photo locations.
We really couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue or group of staff for our day. It was the most perfect day that we dreamed of.

My wife and I actually discovered this gem of a venue by accident. We had searched fairly broadly and were despairing that we wouldn't be able to have the event when she drove by and saw it. It is a stunning venue. I found it a pleasure to work with their lead for our event (Lili). She was so helpful and responsive. We started the process fairly late, so there was a lot of pressure to get things right in a short time but she and her team made it work. When challenges came up (and they will when organising such an emotion laden event), the team was always looking for ways to make things work for us. For example, when we wanted a different menu (vs what has initially been discussed), she worked with the team to make it possible. And they still organised a tasting for us. Also, when we needed to move our ceremony indoors 30 minutes before start (some rain started to appear), they executed it swiftly and when I saw the room after it had been set up, I just was so thankful. In the end, we had a beautiful and happy event, every one had nice things to say about the venue and the team! Thank you Easthampstead team!

Absolutely loved my wedding day. The two wedding organisers that I worked with - Amy and Liliana were both amazing with all my requests, some last minute.
A few things such as people’s meals were slightly messed up due to tables and people being in different places. They were so so quick to fix this and were professional in sorting this
The welcome mirror wwwnt in the correct place but it wasnt the end of the world. Other than that it was truly perfect
The hotel room decorated beautifully when we went back.

Brilliant team and such a beautiful venue, all of our guests were commenting about how stunning the building and grounds are.
Very friendly team on the bar and serving food. Our wedding coordinator made the morning run smoothly and handled the very quick change in weather and ceremony seating wonderfully. Provided us with a great list of recommended suppliers and we booked photography and hair and make up from that list and having their knowledge of the venue and each other really helped the runnings of the morning. Would choose Easthampstead again!

I got married at Easthampstead Park at the end of September and the whole weekend was perfect!
From the amazing bridal suite the night before, to the creative, helpful head chef who came up with an incredible, delicious menu to suit my dietary requirements.
Liliana, the wedding coordinator was friendly, caring, helpful and supportive and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best day ever. From meeting the photographer a few weeks before to discuss potential shots to helping the groom and wedding party put their buttonholes on correctly.
I would highly recommend this stunning venue - the interior with the huge, original stained glass window is a perfect backdrop for a lovely wedding photo alongside the hotel’s very well maintained grounds create a romantic atmosphere for a very memorable wedding!

Our wedding day went without a hitch largely due to our wedding coordinator Amy! She was extremely professional, warm, caring and organised.
The venue was immaculate & the food was amazing - we had many compliments from our guests.
Our only disappointment of the day was the toastmaster that we hired. He was rude to our guests, he argued with our photographer and was unhelpful on the day!!

We considered Easthampstead Park as our wedding venue back in August 2022 when we attended the wedding fair they hosted.

Hannah was so welcoming and friendly upon our first visit, she took the time to take us around the hotel and grounds, introduced us to Roy the Toastmaster, answered all our initial questions and were just all round super enthusiastic & approachable. We never felt rushed or pressured into making any decisions on the day, but the way she conducted herself and managed our visit, we just knew that we wanted to get married at Easthampstead Park.

From there on Lili was absolutely priceless. Initially we both found the concept of planning an entire wedding in 9 months rather daunting, but she was so lovely! She constantly kept us in the loop with everything going on and broke everything down into manageable stages that we could easily understand and follow. The day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her constant communication & guidance. We cannot express thanks enough for that! On the morning of our wedding, Lili continued to help me, and I am so very grateful for how special her and the team made me feel on my way down to meet my fiancé! It was such a fantastic experience that I will never forget ❤

We only met Holly towards the end of our experience, but she too was such a blessing to deal with and we cannot thank her enough for looking after us on the day. All our guests were so impressed with how it all went, and our friends and family have not stopped talking about our special day!

The first-class service continued the following morning at breakfast, we were constantly looked after and all the food was delicious, both on that morning and the night before. It was so good to have the private room to wrap up the celebrations as it felt more personal. We had a conversation with the chef Neil, he was awesome - took the time to ask us how it all went and showed so much interest when we were reminiscing on our day with him. He was very enthusiastic when talking about the food that was served which was really great to hear.
All the staff were amazing from Reception right through to the bar team.

Hand on heart, we honestly had the best day celebrating our wedding at Easthampstead Park and the junior suite was just incredible! The whole experience was more than we could have ever imagined.
