Our hotel and wedding venue has an abundance of character and charm that dates back to 1835.

Located in the picturesque village of Eaglesham, our venue has everything you need for a truly exceptional wedding.

Wonderful ceremony room, spacious outdoor terrace and a beautifully elegant function suite will make your day more than memorable from start to finish. Our stables bar is the perfect area for you and your guests to mingle during your drinks receptions. Our stunning honeymoon suite is perfect for relaxing after a great day of celebrating.

Gilmour Suite - Our sensational suite plays host to your meal and evening reception and can also accommodate larger ceremonies.

Earls Hall - An intimate ceremony room which can comfortably accommodate up to 85 guests.

The Terrace - Our Terrace is an outdoor seated area, looking out to gorgeous scenery and perfect for those summer drinks receptions and photo opportunities.

The most magical day

We had simply the most amazing day! Everything from the minute we met you and started planning until we left as Mr & Mrs went perfect. The whole process was so easy and stress free. The venue looked stunning, and everyone has complimented the food, which was the best food we have ever had at a wedding! The whole team at the hotel just couldn’t do enough to help us and we are incredibly grateful for their help in making our special day!

More than we could have imagined

We had the best experience with The Eglinton Arms Hotel!!
From the minute we booked and all the way throughout, our day was phenomenal and the staff couldn’t have done enough for us! Big shout out to Adrian the hotel manager, honestly hats off to you !!. Not many businesses you get the management involved and giving it them absolute all so thank you.
Our wedding coordinator Louize was so down to earth, honest, always an email away and done her all to make our wedding package exactly how we wanted and more.

Our guests had nothing but compliments regarding both the food and staff. (Even if your not having a wedding just book for the food& service, you most definitely won’t be disappointed)

From both Harley and I we will be forever greatful for our wedding day.

The Best Day of Our Lives

We had our special day on the 8th of December 2023. Having only booked at the end of January 2023. Louize our wedding planner took care of everything and eliminated all the stress that a wedding can bring. From our first meeting to our last meeting, we enjoyed every single moment of planning and preparing for our special day. The wedding package we chose suited us as a couple and the hotel were more than accommodating of all our needs. We absolutely loved the venue which was decorated for Christmas, this just made our photos even more amazing. We cannot thank all the staff for ensuring that our day went without any hiccups and how professional and kind everyone was to not only us but our guests also. We would never have chose anywhere else for our venue. We would always recommend The Eglington Arms as it has such a special place in our hearts!

Outstanding

Being a bride at the Eglinton Arms Hotel was an incredible experience I will never forget. From the minute we went to view the venue, to checking out after the wedding it was a complete 5 star experience. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff went above and beyond at every turn and made our wedding the perfect day. I honestly cannot recommend this venue enough.
