The staff at Ellenborough really do make the entire event and run up/planning to it really magical, our guests even commented how wonderful everyone was. All the food was delicious and again guests commented how they thought they were spoilt with number of canapés etc. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and with the help of their recommended supplier Cotswold Wedding Co. They made the entire place into our vision of our perfect day. Thank you to everyone and we would highly recommend anyone to have their wedding at Ellenborough park!

Thankyou so much to you and your team for a wonderful wedding. It was just perfect. All our family and friends were delighted with the venue. The weather was lovely. The food was delicious. Two of our guests said that they might get married there too.

Well where do I start with what an absolutely amazing wedding day we had with Ellenborough Park. From the moment we arrived to the time we left nothing was too much trouble. Nothing was too much trouble for the incredible team you have there.

From odd requests such as needing fans in the rooms to requiring some cheese and crackers last minute nothing was frowned upon and everything was done promptly. We arrived on the Thursday where I went and enjoyed the spa and a fantastic manicure and pedicure which was very relaxing. On the morning of the wedding I woke up in room 40 and from 7am people were bringing breakfast, ice buckets and champagne flute and generally seeing if I needed anything else,

Watching the whole hotel transform from across the grass out of my window was some what emotional - I couldn’t quite believe that all of this was happening for us.
After the service we had our drinks reception which again was stunning and very peaceful, we then moved onto the wedding breakfast , the food was perfect and again running of this went brilliantly too. There really are not enough words to thank not only Ellenborough park but Liz Lane too , from the minute we met to the wedding day she has been at the end of the phone every hour of the day and sometimes for the silliest of things. Anyone who is having a tough decision about if this is the hotel for to get married at - don’t hesitate, our wedding day was the most magical and memorable day of our lives and we will hold those memories forever, this is all down to what an incredible hotel and staff team they have!

Myself and my husband married in March 2013, the team were fantastic. The day could not have gone better our guests still talk about our wedding now! Howard made sure every ran smoothly. The team were kind and considerate. The food was unbelievable. The team decorated our room and treated us like royalty. I would recommend the venue and it's staff any time for any event. Ellenborough Park is a fabulous place to hold your wedding. We were married in a local church and then held the wedding reception at the hotel. As it was winter, we held our drinks reception in the Gallery with the wedding breakfast and evening reception held in the De La Bere Court.
 
The hotel is beautiful, and grounds (although needing a few more years to truly be at their best) are lovely. The same could be said for all the well known/long established Cotswold wedding venues but what sets Ellenborough Park apart is the staff and attention to detail. We were never treated as one of a number – and always as a valued guest. Phone calls/emails are responded to, concerns allayed by an experienced team.
 
We found most of the suppliers recommended by the hotel and used by us were local, helpful, patient and very good - for flowers (Donna Beaver), chair covers (Emma) photographer (Adam Drake Photographers- Lucy & Brian), DJ (Bonehead) and stationery (Paper Treats). Other suppliers we sourced and would recommend are Soulstar (band) who kept all on the dance floor and Sophie Everett (make-up).
 
In the days before the wedding Louise and Miranda went step by step through the day with us and had detailed notes to ensure our day ran according to our wishes. They were in contact with all our suppliers and ensured all knew where to go and timings which took the stress of the day away from us.

On our wedding day the events team looked after us and all our guests wonderfully. There was nothing on the day that could be faulted and everything (food/tables/rooms) was beautifully presented by the hotel. 
 
My regret on the day after my wedding was that we hadn't booked to stay another night…

We were treated like royalty on the day; the staff couldn't have done more for us. The venue is stunning, the food out of this world and the overall experience was unforgettable.
The hotel room was perfect for a bride and her entourage. The chapel was very romantic and personal. The reception room was stunning with all the mod-cons you need. The food was exquisite and the backdrop for photos was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for anything more for our perfect day.
