Set in Knockholt, the glorious Kent countryside, the team at Exceptional at The Lake, Norsted Manor Farm present bespoke weddings. Offering exclusive use, celebrate your day in a stunning waterfront fairy lit tipi, surrounded by all the beauty that the English countryside has to offer. This venue accepts a very limited number of weddings per year, ensuring that their team of dedicated staff can provide the care and attention that you and your celebration deserves.

Facilities and Capacity

You may like to hold a blessing in the rural lakeside setting, overlooking the stunning scenic views and we welcome weddings from May until mid September. Whether you visualise an intimate gathering, or anticipate a more extensive guest list, Exceptional at The Lake can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated wedding breakfast with an additional 40 evening guests, making a total of 140 guests across the day. .
