Whether you are planning a grand banquet, seasonal sharing platters or a delicious selection of canapés and cocktails, with attention to flavour and seasonality we will carefully craft a gourmet feast that is about you and your guests.

Use the beautiful rooms of the Bridal Wing at Firle Place, to get ready in, with your closest people. The luxurious Pink Bedroom, featured in the 2020 movie remake of Jane Austin's ‘Emma’, with its four poster bed and views of the gardens and parkland, is a truly unique place for finishing touches.
