Facilities and Capacity
Fort Nelson holds a civil ceremony license that allows weddings and civil partnership ceremonies to take place in the Point of the Redan or the Ante Room. Point of the Redan was originally the officers’ billiard room, with a capacity of 80 seated guests. The Ante Room has been restored to its full Victorian splendour and offers magnificent views of the Solent and the Isle of Wight. After exchanging your vows, you and your guests are free to explore the museum for an unforgettable experience. The venue can also set the scene for receptions, with its largest room able to accommodate up to 100 standing guests.
