Our day was perfect- we arrived Friday 27th in the afternoon after a long drive up and a mare with our marriage license in the wrong area (oops), having our last meal and drinks the night before and settling in with a movie with my bridesmaids and my mum in our room. The morning of was grey and dull but the excitement made it as sunny s ever, we traced the hallway finding the elevator and moved up to the 3rd floor to our honeymoon suite (my other half had been in there the night before, and we had done a quick swap, made possible by my ninja bridesmaids), and we started to get ready. We put the TV on to have our first glass of bubbles with some lovely pastries delivered to the room, and by chance, The Addams Family was on, and the scene was where they were also getting married! What are the chances? My makeup artist came, and so did my hairdresser joined by my videographer and the magic was magic-ing! We clambered into my dad's car and made it up to the Blacksmiths Shop, my song was played and I married my best friend in the MOST beautiful surroundings. It was the best day. We returned to the Hotel and had the most lavish meal, so much so I thought I would need a nap! We finished the day on the chairs, dancing and drinking and went to bed finishing the best day of our lives.

We held our wedding here in September 2024. The venue and lodges where immaculate, the setting gave just the vibe we wanted for our ceremony. We lucked out with the weather and the outside decking was perfect for a small outdoor ceremony

We had our perfect wedding day at Rowallan Castle in May 2023. Everything from start to finish was perfect and we had so much help from the dedicated wedding planner that no question was ever left unanswered. This took so much stress away from us in the lead up to the big day. The venue is stunning, the food throughout the day was delicious and everything came out piping hot, the wedding planner and wider team were there all day and were so friendly and helpful to all of our guests. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. They were also flexible and accommodating with everything we requested so our wedding day was even more special than we could have imagined. The venue has plenty of space without feeling crowded and with accommodation available between the new and old castles we were able to have our closest family and friends stay and celebrate with us for a full weekend. We would absolutely recommend this wedding venue and wish we could do it all over again!

Where to start? Fell in love with Springkell immediately on sight, the pictures will never do it justice, you have to experience the feel of Springkell. Owner James, a true gentleman, makes Springkell feel like your home. The staff - Fiona the wedding co-ordinator - amazing, every step of the way, a true gem! Gill - who literally creates your dream day, nothing is too much trouble and your wedding breakfast set-up will blow you away, so creative and stunningly beautiful! The chefs, wow! The food is absolutely amazing, from breakfast to wedding dining - just an experience not to be missed. The waiting staff go above and beyond, nothing is too much trouble. Our guests were all blown away with the service they received, one even stating a waitress ran out to her car to get her own phone charger for her to use as she had forgotten hers!!! I mean, that is above and beyond. I happened to mention that Robert who works the bar told me he speaks German. My partner is German and his relatives were coming to the wedding, I was told there and then they would have him working the bar at our wedding. He was working and made our German family and friends feel right at home. The rooms are luxurious, spacious and scrupulously clean! Oh, again feedback from all our guests - the mattresses are divine, so comfortable and huge beds! The character of this stately home have been meticulously cared for and preserved, it is quite breath taking on entering. So, needless to say, I would recommend Springkell for any occasion, or even a romantic night away. You will be spoiled from start to finish. I think my dad summed up Springkell and its team perfectly when he said the morning after the wedding "many venues promise a dream, Springkell delivers the dream.

We got married at Harelaw in May and the whole process from planning and preperations to the day itself was ideal. The venue is beautiful, with everything you need on site (including accomodation for main party) and they are very willing to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, with plenty of opportunities to put our own stamp on the day. We had regular meetings with the venues own wedding co-ordinator who was a great help in making sure we had considered everything, and kept everything running on the day. The food was incredible - many of our guests are still talking about it - and the portions were more than generous. They also make sure that food is local and sustainable. 10/10 would recommend. Everything went perfectly to plan for us and we had an incredible day, largely thanks to the venue and the atmosphere they provided.

Back in July Jamie & I celebrated our special day at The Dalduff Farm. From the minute it popped up on my Facebook as a sponsored post, I knew it was the place for us! So much so, we didn’t even bother looking at any other venues. There’s such a relaxed & warm atmosphere at The Dalduff. The staff are incredible, the day ran like clockwork, you don’t have to think or worry about a thing, as they are all over it! The food is incredible! We had the Healthy & Harty meal and it was out of this world. So many guests mentioned how delicious the meal was and beautiful the setting is. Thanks again to everyone at The Dalduff! Amazing venue for a relaxed wedding. We were a group of 30 and stayed over night before wedding. We had a lovely meal given to us and got us in the mood for celebration. The hot tub is in riverside setting and was great with a glass of champagne. We booked in long massages before dinner to chill out and were able to dine in our bride and bridesmaids dressing gowns at dinner. It is that kind of place! We decorated the tables ourselves with favours (well the bridesmaids and mums did) and our own decorations and brought in candles for atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, some more than others, so getting ready wasn't an issue and we loved that the bedrooms are divided so half are on one side of dalgarven to another (separated by sauna and steam room and with separate staircases) which was ideal for keeping the groom etc away from us on the morning of wedding. The food was lovely and served efficiently and friendly. There is not an air of stuffiness with this place and everyone was made to feel relaxed and welcome. We had to checkout at 10 on day after wedding as another group were in after us but they let us stay to 11ish as long as we had vacated the rooms. Book a third night if important to you. They will give you it at discounted rates. Overall, very happy memories here and my friend has booked it for her hen party next year.

We got married 17/07/21 and we had the absolute best day despite still some lingering uncertainty with restrictions the staff kept communications open and made everything really easy for us. We both had the best day ever and our guests are still telling us how amazing our wedding was, the venue, the food and the all round atmosphere. The gardens and beach just set it all off perfectly. Thank you all so much!
