Hagley Hall is the 18th Century home of Lord & Lady Cobham. Set in 350 acres of spectacular landscaped parkland, the Hall with its ornate State rooms and rich Rococo décor offers a splendid and unique venue for your wedding day. The versatility of the Hall means you can choose to have a civil ceremony, reception and wedding breakfast for 110 or a traditional wedding champagne reception (standing) for 250 or if you have larger numbers then you can arrange for a marquee to be placed in the grounds with the Hall and parkland as a spectacular backdrop. There are 2 purpose built marquee sites with electricity and water supplied.

Inside the Hall, the Saloon, with its ornate plasterwork, offers the most beautiful and historic setting for a civil ceremony seating 90 with quintessentially English views of the village church and cricket ground. After the ceremony, enjoy champagne and canapés in the White Hall with its wonderful arched lobby and scagliola figures of the Gods such as Bacchus and Venus. With views of the Worcestershire hills beyond the landscaped lawns this couldn’t be a more perfect setting for toasting the newly wedded couple. The exquisitely decorated Long Gallery, with its oyster coloured silken wall coverings seats 110 people on round tables of 10 with a traditional long top table providing a lavishness in both style and decor. Exclusive use of this Georgian Palladian Mansion permitting civil ceremonies & receptions together with our experienced staff and bespoke wedding service will ensure that your special day is certainly one to remember.

Perfect country house wedding venue

After seeing several venues we knew that Hagley Hall was the perfect setting for our wedding. It provided the elegant backdrop we were searching for and much and much more. We were so grateful for the personal and prompt service in answering our endless list of questions right up to the day itself! The caterer and florist we used that Hagley Hall recommended were excellent. The seamless service of the staff on the day made it truly a day to remember.

Hagley Hall, a stunning venue with breathtaking vi

From the moment we entered Hagley Hall we just knew this was the place we wanted to get married. From entering into The Saloon we could envisage the moment we say I do, especially after a little tutorial on how to walk down the aisle.
With the charm and attentiveness of the staff from the offset we knew we were in safe hands. We would like to thank the amazing staff for such great service, they certainly ensured our day was stress free and most importantly enjoyable.

We would defiantly recommend Hagley Hall to anyone, you will certainly get the wow factor, from the view of the church, cricket ground and amazing acres of land, each section of Hagley Hall is absolutely stunning and worth every penny. We wish we could do it all over again.

We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hagley Hall

Booking the venue was one of the most important parts of planning our day, and we definitely made the right decision by choosing Hagley Hall, in fact it was the only venue we went to look at.

From the moment we came up the drive and saw the house there was nowhere else we could imagine holding our reception. The elegance and opulence of the state rooms perfectly matched the feel we wanted for our day and even helped make our photographs look wonderful when the weather took a turn for the worse, while the Lyttleton Suite suited everyone in the evening, especially the comfortable lounge which was a refuge for a host of abandoned stilettoes.

Not only was the Hall the perfect venue with absolutely stunning grounds, the help and support that we received from the Hagley Hall team was second to none. Tracey helped us through the whole process, from the very first visit, to saying goodnight at the end of the evening. We really couldn’t have asked for anything more and it helped make the planning exciting rather than stressful.

The months of planning paid off as the day itself was completely stress-free. Tracey made sure the day flowed perfectly, helping with any unexpected problems and coordinating everything to precision, especially when the rain outside made us amend our plans slightly. All the staff were so friendly and professional making sure everyone had drinks during the reception and that our guests knew where to go throughout the day.

The wonderful feedback that we have received from all of our guests is a testament to the time and effort that was put in to helping organise our dream wedding day, and the Team’s expertise certainly shines through. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hagley Hall to everyone.

A perfect day, we only wish we could do it again

From the moment we drove up to Hagley Hall we instantly knew that this was where we would love to get married. It's a stunning place and Tracey made us feel so welcome. We booked straight away!

In the months leading up to the wedding Tracey was always on hand to provide any help we may have needed. Nothing was too much trouble.

The day itself was everything we hoped for and more. It was amazing to spend the most important day of our lives and say "I do" in such beautiful surroundings. The saloon is a gorgeous room with views of the church and cricket ground, such a romantic setting! The service we received was second to none.

A perfect day, we only wish we could do it all again!

Our wedding day at Hagley Hall was a magical fairy

The house gleamed in the December sun and the pathway and stairs sparkled from the crisp frost. The overall memory of approaching the house and greeting guests, whilst hearing the orchestra play in the background was exactly what we had envisioned.

The wedding ceremony was overwhelming and the presence of the Hagley Hall staff made our families feel welcomed.

Our fairy tale wedding had come true and we can only thank the Tracey and her Team for fulfilling our wishes.

We couldn’t recommend Hagley Hall more highly

From the minute we booked the first visit to see Hagley from waving goodbye as we drove off to our honeymoon …. The service we received was second to none.
Choosing the venue was one of the biggest decisions for our day; we wanted a place that felt elegant, yet personal and comfortable for all our guests. Hagley Hall proved to be just that. From the impressive drive up to the house, to the stunning dining room and comfy relaxing lounge and party room - the venue was everything we could have hoped for and more.

Hagley Hall really gave us the perfect mix for our wedding of a stunning house set in beautiful grounds, to a fun and relaxed setting with hundreds of photo opportunities.

As well as being the most beautiful setting, we were truly blown away with the help, support and services we received from the whole Hagley Hall team. Tracey, Richard and Kate worked so hard to make sure our wedding was perfectly planned and executed.

Having known other friends who struggled to get information from their venue or were denied requests, we couldn’t have wanted anything more from the team at Hagley. Tracey was wonderful and responded to every query, large or small, so promptly. We had several visits before the wedding, and the team made it so special for us every time. Tracey genuinely cared about our day and made it fun to plan, giving us advice or help over the whole 18 months. Together with their team, the support we had from Hagley really did make the whole processes as stress-free as possible.

Everything was so organised and professional

The road to our wedding wasn't exactly plain sailing, that was until Hagley Hall and the entire team stepped in. I have always wanted to get married at Hagley Hall and as soon as Dean saw it for himself, he understood why. It's such a beautiful building with stunning grounds, it fits into any wedding aesthetic but was especially fitting for our vintage feel. Nothing was too much to ask of the team, even though we had a few unusual and specific requests (like using our own crockery and specific cocktails we wanted during the drinks reception) they were so accommodating and pretty much willing to do anything to ensure we had the day we wanted. On the lead up to the wedding, we did not feel stressed at all, and this was down to the fantastic organisation of Hagley Hall (and Amadeus for the catering), they had everything under control. Hagley Hall work at such a high level of professionalism but with a real friendliness and approachability at the same time. They did everything they could to make the run up to the day as smooth as possible. On the day itself, everything was so organised and professional but was still relaxed. Thank you to Richard, Tracey, Kate, Amadeus and all the rest of the team and staff at Hagley Hall. You made our day so perfect for our family, friends and us. You gave us the best possible start to our married life. We now feel part of the Hagley Hall family. Love Mr and Mrs Wildblood

A stunning venue in a beautiful setting

From our first meeting with Tracey we were made to feel relaxed and looked after. The Hall is such a stunning venue in a beautiful setting and everyone made us feel very special. Tracey and her team were wonderful, so attentive and reassuring. Nothing was too much trouble.

Our wedding day was truly magical, our family and friends all told us what a beautiful day they had and how much they all enjoyed themselves.

We would like to thank everyone at Hagley Hall for making our wedding such a wonderful and unforgettable experience!

Our wedding day could not have gone any better

We just wanted to write to everyone at Hagley Hall and say a huge thank you for making our wedding day the best day of our lives.

The very first time we went to Hagley Hall and met Tracey, I remember both my fiancé and I turning to each other and simultaneously saying that this is the place we were going to get married. Not only is Hagley Hall the most beautiful venue in a stunning location, but Tracey and the entire team at are so lovely and down-to-earth and really made us feel that our wedding day would be amazing.

We even met Lord Cobham who was so jolly and friendly and made us feel so welcome in his home!

In the run up to our wedding, possibly when we needed it the most, everybody was so supportive and put all of our worries at ease. Tracey was absolutely invaluable throughout the entire process especially on our big day, where all our guests were singing her praises as she was so kind and helpful to everyone.

Our wedding day could not have gone any better. The entire day went smoothly and without a hitch. We were so happy to hear so many of our guests telling us that Hagley Hall was the best wedding venue that they have ever been to. The views and grounds are stunning so we were able to capture on film memories that will be with us for the rest of our lives.

Thank you so much for helping us make our wedding day a day that we and our guests will remember fondly for years to come.

We just wish we could do it all again!

From our first visit to Hagley Hall we knew that we had found the venue to suit our theme, an intimate and cosy affair, with a dash of 'Downton'.

Absolutely nothing was too much trouble and any ideas that we had were listened to and talked through so that nothing was left to chance. we only invited 27 people to the ceremony and wedding breakfast, having a choice of rooms to use made our 'cosy' feel, easy to accomplish and it never felt like the rooms were too big for our party.

We decided to have the marriage ceremony in the Saloon, with the drinks reception in the White Hall. Although it was October 31st, the weather was very warm and sunny so we spent a lot of the time outside on the balcony having our photographs taken and admiring the wonderful views of the grounds.
We had our wedding breakfast in the Crimson Dining Room a stunning room. It suited our “Downton” theme perfectly. With the fire blazing, the candelabras alight, portraits and tapestries looking down on us and the fine dining table set out beautifully, we certainly felt like lord and lady of the manor.

The staff who served the food were very attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. As for the food itself was outstanding. All of our guests commented on how delicious it was and still mention it to this day!

We have no hesitation in recommending Hagley Hall for the top of your wedding venue list. We couldn't fault anything on our wedding day, the staff and especially Tracey put us at total ease on the day, we had complete confidence in her attention to detail - we just wish we could do it all again!

Our day was everything we expected and more

Michael and I would like to thank everyone at Hagley Hall for making our wedding day the best day of our lives!
The staff were all friendly and courteous and couldn’t do enough to make our big day go without a hitch! It was perfect from start to finish, we couldn’t have wished for a more fabulous day. Friends and family are still talking about our wedding and the venue. When we returned home we just wanted to do it all again.
Special thanks to Tracey, Richard and everyone at Hagley Hall for all their hard work and kind words. Our wedding day was everything we expected and more!

A magical wedding day at Hagley Hall

From the moment we stepped into Hagley Hall and were greeted by Tracey from the events team, we knew we had found ‘the one’, the perfect venue for our wedding. The combination of the grand historical building that had retained its beautiful period features and the knowledge and expertise of the people working at the Hall made it an obvious choice. The flexibility of being able to choose our suppliers and tailor our day, rather than selecting a ‘package’ also added to the appeal.

Before confirming our booking, we checked online reviews for Hagley Hall and were particularly impressed with the ‘name checking’ previous couples had made to the spectacular events team – Kate, Tracey and Richard. I can now join these ranks and agree wholeheartedly that their support in the lead up to and on the ‘big day’ made such a difference to us. As planning a wedding can be a daunting task, it was always comforting to know that any question, big or small, could be answered thoughtfully and efficiently. It genuinely felt like the team wanted to contribute to our day and they are clearly proud to be part of the Hagley Hall family. It was lovely to see.

We made full use of Hagley Hall’s recommended suppliers list and were thrilled with Morgans Catering, Lili Floral Art and Matthew Davies (West Midlands pianist). All were an absolute pleasure to work with and delivered above and beyond our expectations. All of the wedding guests commented how delicious the food was and it was great that so much of the food was local produce from the region.

The whole day was a dream from start to finish and we could relax knowing everything was in hand. A stunning venue – you just can’t do better!

Absolutely Perfect!

Hagley Hall was the first & only venue that we viewed, we could not contemplate looking at anywhere else after our visit here. The grounds are stunning, the venue is beautiful & the staff are wonderful. A big thank you to Tracey who was so helpful, friendly & professional from day one. Tracey ensured we had nothing to worry about or organise on the day, she took care of everything, all staff were fantastic & we could not have hoped for any more. We used Amadeus for our catering, they were so professional & the food was fantastic. If you require a pianist, please speak with Matthew. Hagley Hall will provide you with his details, he is brilliant. Our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was & how much they enjoyed the day. Hagley Hall is the perfect venue for your wedding & we cannot recommend it highly enough. If we could do it again, Paul & I would not change a thing, absolutely perfect!

A touch of class for ypur perfect day

I viewed Hagley Hall after a long day of venue shopping, the lights were off and the sun had gone down, as soon as I walked in I knew this was the perfect place to have our wedding, I was desperate to show james and as soon as he saw it he fell in love with it just like I had done.All the staff at Hagley Hall were amazing and nothing was too much for them, they all listened to what we wanted but also shared advice on previous weddings too. The wedding day was perfect, the surroundings are breath taking and the venue itself is a touch of class, all of our wedding guests said it was a celebrety wedding and needed to be featured in OK magazine. I had been dreaming of this day for so long and it was more than I had ever dreamed of, If you want a venue that will blow your guests away and want to be treated like a king and queen for the day then this is a wedding venue for you, its elegent and a place that is full of love and will succeed your expectations by far!!! we would like to thank all at Hagley Hall for making our day so wonderful.

Highly recommended!!

We had a fantastic wedding at Hagley hall, the location was amazing and the service from start to finish was excellent!!
All of our guests really enjoyed the day, the variety of classic rooms and the views outside made it the ideal venue for us. All the suppliers worked seamlessly with the Hagley hall staff and everything went like clockwork.

We highly recommend this venue.
