Tucked away amidst picturesque gardens and glistening lakes, Hanbeck Farm is a luxuriously converted farmyard incorporating stone barns, located in the rural heart of Lincolnshire, England. Just an hour from London by train, it offers the serenity of the countryside, with acres of undulating fields, meadowlands by the lake, and secluded gardens. The charming village church is accessible via a private grass pathway that meanders through a 170-year-old apple orchard, leading directly into Wilsford.
This family-owned estate features a Georgian stone house, stone barns transformed into luxurious accommodation, extensive private gardens, and terraces. These encircle a large, restored courtyard complete with a licensed marquee for outdoor weddings and superb drink reception festivities. It's an idyllic rural setting for celebrating your nuptials.
Facilities and Capacities
Hanbeck Farm is available for exclusive private hire, offering complete privacy and dedication to you and your guests before and after your wedding celebrations. The farm boasts an abundance of outdoor space and a beautifully converted function room with bi-fold doors that open to overlook the idyllic sun-trapped courtyard, creating a seamless outdoor-indoor vibe. Hanbeck Farm is licensed for civil ceremonies, allowing couples to have their ceremony outside under our courtyard marquee, or exchange vows at St. Mary's Church, accessible through a 170-year-old apple orchard from the farm.
Couples can fully enjoy our expansive gardens, Georgian stone house, magnificent lake with exceptional sunset views, and endless surrounding fields for photos and evening strolls. Hanbeck Farm can accommodate 80 to 100 day guests and 120 to 140 evening guests.
We offer abundant accommodation for 30 guests across the site. This includes 22 within the courtyard in 5 converted barns, all featuring open-plan living and dining areas, modern freestanding baths, ensuites, and super king-size beds in every room. Additionally, there are 2 luxury Shepherd huts sleeping 4 and a quaint 2-bedroom cottage in the village.
Facilities include a private heated pool and hot tub, romantic country gardens, stunning areas for photo opportunities, plus, a separate bridal prep room, "The Bridal Nook," for you and your bridal party to prepare on the morning of your big day.

At Hanbeck Farm, we partner with Amy Lauren Weddings, our devoted wedding planner, who assists and guides you through your wedding planning journey and ensures flawless coordination on the day itself. Our wedding packages include a variety of chairs and tables, a courtyard marquee, and a PA system for both indoor and outdoor use. Couples receive a comprehensive list of our recommended suppliers, ranging from caterers and photographers to florists, stylists, and hair and makeup artists. Every wedding we host is a cherished event, and our team eagerly anticipates welcoming you to our venue to become a part of your love story.

Hanbeck Farm is an amazing venue, it has everything you would want for a venue and more!! The accommodation is an added bonus for guests. This was something important for us as we wanted our closest friends and family to be with us for the duration.
When planning our wedding Regan, William & Amy were full of ideas for us and also welcomed our own suggestions. They have created a venue that works best for the couple getting married as each wedding is unique in its own way. Its more than a venue just for the wedding day, it creates a weekend wedding event that guests will always remember.
Our wedding weekend was so special to us in many ways and we will treasure the memories forever!

Out of this world - amazing!!!
All of the staff at Hanbeck along with Amy Lauren are absolutely gorgeous and cannot do enough for you! They were so attentive throughout the 9 months we were planning, even down to having us round for drinks and snacks! It’s was so nice to have a great relationship with the people that are making your big day a reality!
The venue is the best we have ever come across and we believe, ever will come across! The attention to detail is absolutely immaculate and we couldn’t possibly fault it! We and our loved ones felt like we living in total luxury for the whole weekend!
Friday was full of sunbathing, pool games and a big get together with food and drink in barn 5, Saturday was everything we have ever dreamed of and Sunday had a big breakfast for everyone and more pool games!
The Hanbeck team, along with Amy Lauren (wedding coordinator) made the wedding morning set up look effortless! We didn’t have to lift a finger, and only focus on getting ready and enjoying our morning. This was such a delight as all of our nearest and dearest were on site already and so we could still enjoy the morning together. The wedding nook really helped with this - it’s a great space for the bride and her best ladies to get ready, away from the rest of the guests and most importantly…the groom!! The groom loved being able to get ready on site with all of our family, yet not have the risk of seeing the bride in the morning.
Communication in the lead up was absolutely brilliant, with regular contact from Regan & William, and lots of zoom calls with Amy Lauren to keep us all updated and get all excited!!
We had the most gorgeous weather for our wedding day, and had the ceremony outside under the marquee, followed by canapés and drinks in the garden. This was such a chilled and wholesome environment, everybody was having a lovely time! We followed with food and speeches inside, and then a DJ came for the evening, in which we doubled our guest list and there was still plenty of room! The evening was great because the people that wanted to dance could go all night to their hearts content, and the others that enjoyed a more peaceful evening but still wanted to be a part of it, were able to sit in the surrounding barns with a cup of tea - winning!
A massive thank you to all of the Hanbeck Farm team, and to Amy Lauren. You’re all amazing and we truly couldn’t have made such fabulous memories to last a lifetime, without you.

The New Mr & Mrs Kennedy
We booked our day three years in advanced and loved the venue that William and Regan were creating. We instantly felt part of the Hanbeck family where questions were answered super quick from Regan and Amy and lots of advice was given. We were given a warm welcome on each visit in the lead up to our wedding and from arranging a mock up with our florist, looking at drink packages and taking our families nothing was too much trouble.
Our wedding weekend was really special and Hanbeck Farm allowed us to have an intimate Friday night and Sunday morning with our nearest and dearest, making the most special memories. When it came to our wedding day all we could simply say was WOW! Amy and the team were brilliant in ensuring our visions came to life and making sure the day ran smoothly. We couldn’t have asked for a better day and our guests were stunned by the beauty of the venue.

What a day!
From the moment we set eyes on the venue we new it was the one for our special day. Regan and William put us at ease every time we came to visit.
All I can say about the day is everyone was asking how we found the venue and how magical it was. Nothing was too big on the day, we even fed the ducks!

A simply wonderful and special wedding day we had!
Regan and William have both been kind, thoughtful and we really appreciate how they let our dog Willow be the ring bearer and be part of the ceremony! It's been lovely seeing the journey the venue has been on and what it is today, from the beginning of our planning, to having photos prior to our wedding and visiting it on year date to our wedding day, they have been really accommodating. A special mention to Amy our wedding planner who has been there to support us throughout the wedding planning process, help us with any questions we had and provide guidance and inspiration. We also had the support the day before the wedding during set up with Angie who was a really great help too, and then on the day itself Amy was simply amazing!
Hanbeck Farm is a beautiful venue, and all our guests said how wonderful it was and what a perfect place we picked. The added bonus of the accommodation for guests was something we really loved and was important for us as we wanted our closest family to be with us for the duration of the wedding weekend, and what a wonderful night before our day we had enjoying the sunshine, the outside pool and seating areas!
Regan & William have created a venue that allows each couple to create a unique wedding, and for it to be more than a venue just for the wedding day, creating a weekend wedding event that guests will always remember.

The BEST and most MAGICAL day of our lives!!
We wanted somewhere where we could have all our family stay for the weekend and it’s the perfect place for just that. It made the whole weekend even more magical!
We had a fantastic wedding co ordinator Amy that was there from the beginning making sure we had everything on track for the big day. Over the weekend of the wedding she was making sure everything ran smoothly and was on hand for anything we needed! She’s nothing other than amazing!
As for the owners Regan and William, from the moment we met them 2 years ago and booked our wedding they have been so friendly and accommodating in letting us come down with our family to see the venue several times and going above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect in every way!
I would recommend Hanbeck Farm along with Regan, William and Amy to anyone. You really will get the wedding of your dreams and in the most stunning location!

Amazing Venue
All of our weekend guests were blown away by the accommodation and our MUA and hairdresser loved the Bridal Nook space - our own little solitude away from it all!
Our day guests all raved about the venue and how well run and beautiful it is. After adding our own decor, the main barn came to life.
Our coordinator was amazing throughout. We could not recommend getting married here enough.
