My husband and I got married at Hartsfield last week and what a day it was! Bethany and the team were absolutely amazing! From the moment we viewed Hartsfield we knew it was the venue for us, and Bethany instantly put us at ease, reassuring us throughout the whole process. No question or request was too silly or impossible and where it seemed that way Bethany always had a resolution! She guided us through the whole process from start to finish. The day of the wedding ran as smoothly as it possibly could have, Bethany kept me sane and made all the stressful moments enjoyable from coordinating suppliers to ensuring the bridal party were in order before the ceremony! We cannot thank you all enough for making our day the most special and memorable day ever! The reviews and compliments from our guests have not stopped! They were all very well looked after, the food was incredible and they ensured everyone’s glass was never empty. If you’re looking for a wedding venue then we would 100% recommend and we cannot wait to come back again soon! Thank you all again!

From the moment we first stepped onto the grounds of Hartsfield Manor, we instantly fell in love. Unlike other wedding venues that often feel a bit corporate and impersonal, Hartsfield exudes a warm, family-oriented atmosphere that truly sets it apart.
Throughout our planning process, the staff were accommodating every step of the way. As two brides, we had a number of special requests, and we are immensely grateful to Bethany, who we now affectionately refer to as "Cousin Beth." She became an integral part of our celebration and made our special day everything we had dreamed of and more.
No matter what worries or concerns we had, Bethany always had a thoughtful solution, ensuring that we both felt equally special on our big day. Her personal touch and attention to detail made a world of difference.

Hartsfield manor was a venue both me and my wife fell in love with. It offered the perfect space for our numbers, great character and most importantly the professionalism and kindness of the staff shone through. We knew it was a great place when we could see over the whole planning period, the same staff time and time again, who were there to greet us warmly. Bethany was a great support throughout in helping us achieve everything we wanted to on our big day, and is a real credit to the hotel. Tony in the restaurant and Syed also were wonderful, and really made an incredible impression on our guests. We loved every bit of our wedding and are so happy we chose Hartsfield manor. Where do I even start, from beginning to end everything was made easy for planning our wedding. Bethany along with all the other staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble. We have had so many compliments from the food the venue, accommodation all our guest were happy and had a lovely experience here. We struggled to find a venue that ticked all the boxes and hartfield did, simply a perfect day. We had guests that have been to plenty of weddings and functions and they said our wedding was the best one they had been too, along with food being the best they have had aswell. Our day was truly perfect! We could not have had a better experience and we cannot wait to come back.

Nothing was too much trouble. The whole process was made so easy and all the team were so friendly and helpful whenever we had queries. Would recommend to anyone thinking of getting married here. We used the outside space to have our ceremony and it was perfect.

What a place. Everything was so easy, they did everything. From the first meeting I knew this was the place. Helen was amazing. Lots of contacts for the things that make your day special. Always pleasant, nothing was too much trouble and was always there, even dealt with things on her day off. The whole team are fantastic. Everybody at Hartsfield Manor were so nice to deal with. All our guests were very impressed. The day went without a hitch thanks to them.

We are honestly speechless after such an amazing wedding day in March 2024 - the day was perfect for us in every way.

From initial conversations, to the day itself, Bethany and the rest of the team have been incredible. We honestly can’t fault a thing - the venue itself is a great size (we had 90 approx guests), the food was delicious, staff attentiveness was brilliant, and for March we even sunshine! This meant we could enjoy photos, our drinks reception and canapes on the back lawn and we felt so lucky!

We got married in Feb 2024 at Hartsfield manor, the wedding was for 115.
We also wanted a small ceremony (30 guests), then a further 85 for drinks + wedding breakfast, and another 12 or so later.

Bethany and the team were great through the whole process, very helpful and responsive with the many questions we raised.

They were flexible where we needed them to be, eg a smaller ceremony - and a few food exceptional requests from guests.

On the day, the team were brilliant.
The venue looked really amazing when it was all setup with flowers etc.
Staff were super helpful, always asking us what we wanted throughout the day.

The food was delicious, particularly the salmon and beef main courses - which has been fed back from various guests since the day.

Having the whole major to ourselves was great as was a 1am license - handy if you and your guests like a party - and everything went smoothly throughout the day and night,

We cannot thank them enough for making our day as special as it was.

We got married at Hartsfield in December and I cannot recommend it enough. From the initial visit at a wedding fair to checking out the day after out wedding, everything was perfect. Helen was amazing a creating a bespoke package based on out budget and couldn't have done more to make our day perfect. The venue was stunning, the food was delicious and the staff were incredible. We had the best wedding day ever! Bethany was so supportive and attentive in helping planning our day. We were so happy with the venue, the food, the decor and just the whole day was even more perfect than we ever could have imagined.

We could not be more grateful for the help and support of Bethany, Helen and their team for all that they did to make our wedding a success! They were absolutely brilliant and they ensured that our day was seamless. Not even the torrential rain threw them off (even when it did me!) They took it all in their stride and ensured that we were able to see our vision become a reality. So many lovely small touches were put in place and it really made the day.
All of the staff were so helpful and friendly and made us feel a million dollars. We knew the minute we attended the venue for their Wedding Fair, only a week after we got engaged, that it was the perfect venue for us. So many of our friends and family stayed the night in the wonderful rooms as well, making breakfast the next morning a wonderful reminisce of the day before.
I wish that we could do it all over again!

Having viewed roughly 15 venues in total and never actually wanting to have our reception at Hartsfield, because my Husband used to work there, it has a special kind of magic, that I just fell in love with it when attending a wedding fair and never looked back. Three months after getting engaged we booked Hartsfield and never had a single doubt that it wasn’t the right place to celebrate our special day. If you’ve seen it, you’ll know how beautiful it is, and if not, you need to view it. The rooms were perfect for what we wanted and planned for our wedding, we booked the entire venue out as exclusive use, which made the day even more special, because it felt like it was all ours! Bethany was amazing from start to finish, she deserves employee of the month every time, she was always on hand to help with queries and always tried to suggest the best option for us, we had a lot of questions, which she always answered. Having got to know us for over two years, she knew what we wanted for our special day and did all she could to achieve that. We actually miss not being in contact with her now, because she felt like more of a friend than our wedding co-ordinator. She did so much organising that we never got involved with, and probably doesn’t get the recognition she deserves. We loved our day, and stayed an extra night to savour the occasion and were able to stay in the honeymoon suite, which is stunning and so spacious. The staff members that we got to know over the two years were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much. Hartsfield was special to us before we got married there, and it’s even more special now, it’s definitely a hidden gem with beautiful views. You’ll not be disappointed if you book your wedding at Hartsfield, or booked anything there for that matter. We’ve had such a positive experience.

Choosing Hartsfield Manor as our wedding venue turned out to be the best decision we could have ever made. We had a fantastic day and as did our guests, in particular thanks to the amazing staff at Hartsfield Manor! The food additionally was brilliant and received so many compliments and as did the beautiful setting and grounds.

Bethany, our wedding coordinator, was excellent and ensured everything ran smoothly and seamlessly in the build up and on the day. Throughout, Bethany was so efficient and accommodating and really just made us feel at ease and never even worry once about our venue.

The venue has 50 rooms which was amazing as it meant the majority of our guests were able to stay the night of the wedding and then meant we could all have breakfast together the next day. We opted for the exclusive use option which was again lovely as it really made the manor house almost feel like it was our own.

We would have no doubt in highly recommending Hartsfield Manor as a wedding venue! Our wedding day just really couldn’t have gone better!
