Hayling Island Community Centre is the ideal place for your Wedding Celebration. Spacious, flexible and with all the facilities you need for you to plan your wedding reception.

Under our beautiful indoor ceiling canopy, the main hall is transformed into a wonderful venue that can accommodate up to 250 people. The hall boasts the finest dance floor and stage on the island, providing space to dine in comfort, dance and enjoy the celebrations.

The Hall leads to an adjacent function room which includes a licensed bar. You can pre-order wine for the tables, welcome drink and toast as required through our Bar Manager, who will work with you to meet your requirements and within your budget.
Exclusive use of a lockable room to store wedding presents and any decorations is included until the morning after the big event.

You are free to make your own catering arrangements, with inclusive use of a large, well-equipped kitchen. We have a recommended evening buffet provider, but you are also welcome to provide your own caterers for all aspects of your wedding.

As a popular choice for wedding receptions and special functions we can be quite busy, please phone us and speak to the office to enquire about dates. You can also send an email, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

You are welcome to provisionally book a date to give you time to finalise your plans. A deposit of a third of the balance would be due when you are ready to confirm, with the remainder due six weeks before your special day.

Once your date is confirmed, we will pass your details to our bar manager, who will contact you to discuss your welcome drinks and toast drinks and any other special requests you may have, including drinks for the top table.
