We offer a simple midweek & weekend flat-rate fee that remains the same throughout the season, making planning stress-free and transparent.

Three Days of Exclusive Use: Your wedding at Hidden Acres isn’t just a day—it’s a three-day, two-night countryside retreat. You and your loved ones can truly immerse yourselves in the experience, with exclusive access to the venue, including:

• The Farmhouse – A home away from home, sleeping up to 14 guests in beautifully designed bedrooms.
• Three bell tents for additional guest accommodation, plus space for five more tents, allowing up to 16 people to camp in the garden.

Ceremony & Reception Spaces

• The Ceremony Lawn, a breathtaking outdoor space for your vows, surrounded by stunning countryside views and just a stone’s throw from your accommodation.
• A panoramic marquee, seating up to 120 guests, offering a light-filled, neutral setting that can be styled to match your vision.

We believe in making things simple, which is why our venue hire includes:

• All essential tables, chairs, a dance floor, festoon lighting, and more to create the perfect setting.
• Access to our props and styling shed, featuring bespoke lawn games and decorative styling options.
• Breathtaking countryside views, lush gardens, and stunning ceremony backdrops for incredible photos.
• Accomdation in our farmhouse, 3 bell tents and camping zone. Have over 30 people stay across the property for free.
• Coordinator support, both during your planning journey and on the big day, to ensure everything runs smoothly.
