When we first visited the venue it's just a gorgeous venue from the outdoor ceremony area to the ball room, safe to say we loved it from the get go.

The whole booking process was great a few issues that were missed on the wedding day, from the fireplace was not lit and we had personalised champagne glasses were not given to us after the ceremony. But we had an amazing day and loved the DJ and evening food as well.

My only thing I would add is the menu tasting as you are given 4 options for starter, mains and dessert, when trying the food out nothing really stood out for us and wished they offered an option where we could pay for any extra amounts and try the other options as all we were doing was asking for photos of the other options which made it hard for us to decide on our food.

Also have photos of the evening buffet so we have an idea what it would look like and again it would help with choosing the food options.

But again the venue is amazing and would recommend anyone to come here as the weekday prices are really good.

Amazing venue with great staff, very helpful and great communication to make your day go smoothly! As wedding venues go Highley manor is great value for money and we had a perfect day. Would definitely recommend!

Where to even start. Highley Manor was the perfect wedding venue for our intimate wedding. Honestly one of the best things about the venue is the team. From the tour with Jessie, it was clear that their main goal is to make sure you have as special a day as possible. There was no hidden costs or stress around making microdecisions, it felt like we simply paid and they gave their all to make the day incredible. Sophie our wedding coordinator was phenomenal and tried wherever she could to take stress off our shoulders so we could soak up as much of the day as we could, it wouldn't have been possible without her. She was patient, caring and very fun to work with. Zoe, the accommodation admin, sent encouragement as well as reassurance throughout the process and constantly reminded us to let her deal with getting the guests comfortable during their stay overnight.
The food was delicious, the chefs did everything they could to cater for all the different dietary requirements. The wedding breakfast was perfect after night of partying too. The catering staff, the bar staff were all very pleasant as well.
The venue itself has such a lovely outdoor ceremony area with a lovely backdrop, all the guests had so much fun taking photos throughout the day. The Manor house itself was comfortable and cosy and we had so much fun hanging out in the grand great hall after.

Our wedding day at Highley Manor was magical from start to finish. Sam, our wedding co-ordinator could not have done more for us and went above and beyond to make sure our day was everything we wanted. All members of staff were extremely professional and courteous. I cannot speak highly enough of Highley Manor as a wedding venue. From our initial tour to our special day the service and experience we had was high quality.

The gorgeous house and extensive grounds are the perfect picturesque setting to share love with your friends and family.

Highley staff were always available to answer any questions, no matter how far away the day was (or how stupid I thought the question was). They aimed to make everything as stress free as possible and really did manage to reduce any stress on the day. They work around what you want and make it happen.

Yvette, our wedding co-ordinator, put me at ease. She filled me with such confidence that I was actually able to relax (self professed control freak) and enjoy my day. She was so caring, positive and gave good vibes!

Every aspect of our day was completed to a high standard and for what I think is a very reasonable cost.

I cannot fault anything and our day was exactly what we wanted it to be.

Excellent venue that definitely does not make it feel as though they host weddings every day of the week. The staff know exactly what they are doing and have everything running like a well oiled machine. The venue was incredibly flexible with our requests and we had no issues at all. I couldn’t recommend Highley Manor more, the venue is absolutely beautiful. If you’re fortunate enough to marry outside at the Pavillion, the views are just breathtaking and the aisle walk is lovely and long, it really gives you time to soak up your moment.

On the lead up, our coordinator Fran was incredible, we had about a bazillion different email chains on various subjects and she was so responsive and helpful. On the day, I literally dropped our stuff in the entrance and Fran ensured that my vision came to life without me having to help at all. Just perfection!

The day ran absolutely seamlessly, there were no issues (at least none I was made aware of) and all of the staff were so friendly and helpful. When Fran left, we were passed over to Max the evening coordinator and although it was the first time meeting him, he knew our wedding and the transition between the two was flawless. Honestly cannot thank them both enough!

One of the biggest compliments we got of our day was the food. The portions were big and the quality was out of this world. Not only that, we had a few dietary requirements with allergies and pregnancies and the Highley team ensured everyone was catered to.

The experience working with them was amazing, I am so glad we chose them as the venue for our special day. The ONLY improvement would be the after care, I know they’re an incredibly busy venue and I know the bride of the day needs to be their priority (and I respect that) but we pay until our check out time and I had some stress with items going missing and the team in the morning were quite dismissive which was a sad way to end the experience.
We also only used 50% of our bar tab and it’s been 3 weeks and we still haven’t been refunded and emails now take a week to respond to.

That being said, I’d choose them over and over again. Thank you Highley Manor team for making our day so incredible, the venue will always hold a special place in our hearts!

The most amazing day! The venue couldn’t do enough for us and Samantha was just wonderful! She helped us from the start and was accommodating to everything and anything. We had the best day!

Gorgeous venue! However, we had a power outage on couple of occasions (during viewing and on the actual day of the wedding). Apart from this, we had a lovely wedding, venue was highly complimented by guests. The power cut took some of our precious time (generator wasn't used soon enough), which delayed the programme, canapés and wedding breakfast/dinner, ended up actually being served in the dark. Luckily, our guests still enjoyed themselves, and were understanding. Staff remained otherwise friendly and professional. Communicated well with us throughout. They are always happy to answer questions no matter how many times you've asked them 😊

We had our magical day at Highley Manor on the 8th September 2023, and I honestly couldn’t recommend this venue enough. Our wedding Coordinator Gemma was an angel and deserves the highest praise, from the moment she first introduced herself as our coordinator she took a real invested interest in myself and my now husband, our story on how we met, got engaged our interests and we truly bonded. Every meeting was met with big hugs, she is truly an amazing human! On the day she took care of everything we did not have to lift a finger I was fully prepared and ready to be mucking in but it was all helped out of my car and as long as I explained where things needed to go the team took care of everything they were superstars between them and mulberry events who decorated our wedding the whole wedding was magical.
Gemma was on hand all day with water stations and fans due to the heatwave and nothing was too much trouble.
I honestly could not thank you all enough for making our day so special on behalf of myself and my husband thank you Gemma and the team!

We had our wedding in Highley Manor in April this year and everyone loved the place. The staff from the planning up to the wedding day were very approachable and helpful. They would respond quickly to your queries and you don't feel pressured at all as they are highly organised in coordinating.

The food was absolutely delicious, and I guess that was important to us because the guests would always remember the food.

I commend all the staff for an excellent service!

We had a fantastic day at Highley Manor for our wedding day. After a few hiccups when we initially booked, the venue was always responsive, friendly and professional, happy to take any questions no matter how big or small. The closer we got to the day the more support we received from Yvette, our wedding coordinator, who was brilliant. The venue itself is beautiful and felt just the right size for our 65 day guests given we had our ceremony indoors. The food was incredible and the rooms very comfy. The day itself also ran like clockwork and it was all round a brilliant day. A minor point of feedback was that we didn't have much aftercare the morning after the wedding, we were sort of left to ourselves as preparations were underway for the next wedding. But overall I'd recommend Highley Manor as we had a lovely day :)
