Located in Lower Swell, in the heart of the Cotswolds, the property consists of two buildings, each available for private hire individually or together. This gorgeous venue exudes elegance and character, offering style-conscious couples the perfect blend of country charm and contemporary style with a distinctly Cotswolds twist.

Facilities and Capacity

From intimate gatherings to larger affairs, Hill Barn provides the ultimate setting for unforgettable wedding celebrations. There are indoor and outdoor spaces available, and the property can host events with between 40 and 150 seated guests. Dutch Barn is as impressive from the inside as it is outside. The 5700sq ft barn’s exterior is black corrugated iron. Inside features include timber-clad walls, exposed metal roofs and girders, floor-to-ceiling Crittall windows, and a polished concrete floor. Dutch Barn can accommodate 150 seated guests for events. Stone Barn, the smaller of the two, is a typical 19th Century barn made of Cotswold stone, with polished concrete floor and exposed timber beams. The barn is 1,300 Sq Ft and has a maximum capacity of 40 seated and 75 persons standing.

This venue provides the service, amenities, and attention to detail to make any wedding a truly unique experience that guests will remember for years to come. The property is available for exclusive hire for the whole weekend, allowing for a Sunday family bbq the next day, and outside vendors are welcome. Confetti is permitted, and the venue is pet friendly, so couples can enjoy the support of their furry friends on their big day. Hill Barn also has excellent facilities for disabled guests, there is plenty of parking onsite, and it is easily accessible just off the B4068.
