I’d thoroughly recommend Hintlesham Hall. Tracy are wedding planner was an absolute star, the food was out of this world and the atmosphere and venue was stunning!!!!

We have been to Hintlesham Hall many a times now and as a result decided to book our wedding with them. They were excellent from the moment of enquiring, nothing was too much trouble easy to contact and clearly knowledgable and experienced in this field. Our wedding coordinator was Tracy and she was absolutely fantastic, on occasions we had a question when Tracy wasn’t available, Zoe was also very helpful!
A group of 14 of us stayed the night prior to the wedding and we had a lovely private meal in the Justice room. Staff were also extremely accommodating and understanding when we got the time wrong.
On the day, they set up the venue beautifully along with the suppliers in their recommended supplier package (highly recommend this option). I’d left instructions for where I wanted things etc and they followed them to a T. Tracy was great at calming my nerves and checked up on us throughout the morning. The actual day couldn’t have gone better and the comments from our guests echo each other “The day went soo smoothly, all the staff were outstanding, the food was unbelievable” - we couldn’t agree more!!
Over half the guests also opted to stay the night after the wedding too and were blown away by the quality of the rooms and the beautiful breakfast served the following morning. We stayed in Regalia the night before the wedding with our 3 year old son, they set up a z bed for him which was obviously very comfortable as he slept all night - the room was also extremely spacious so didn’t get in the way at all. We stayed in Braganza the night of the wedding and well what can I say we felt like absolute royalty what an incredible room!
The venue itself is in a gorgeous setting, is grand yet feels so homely (so much so our 3yr old asked is this our new home😂) and very well kept with many areas/rooms recently renovated. The grounds are absolutely beautiful and very well kept. The whole place exudes a calming sense of luxury without being pompous. We can’t wait to go back!! Thank you to every single member of staff that made our Wedding weekend better than we could ever dreamed of!

We’re a (much) older couple who have been together for decades and saw the marriage as quite private to us. But we wanted it to be nice. Online research showed that several places claiming to be wedding venues you couldn’t actually get married there, just the party. Hintlesham Hall has a small, but elegant, room, perfect for a cosy wedding ceremony. We booked it and to stay the night before and afterwards. The room, food and hotel was everything you could wish for. What we didn’t anticipate was the amount of love and care and attention we received from Zoe (who acted as witness) and from all of the other hotel staff, not forgetting lovely Ipswich registrars and Jaz who did my make up. They made it really special, and we had the best day.

Zoe, our wedding organiser, was exceptional and went above and beyond to guide and support us. Nothing was too much and everything was greeted with a smile and a ‘yes we can do that’.
All the staff ( too many to mention by name) were attentive and friendly. The food, accommodation, hotel facilities and grounds were outstanding. The Hotel just oozed with character and charm.

We had a two day wedding; the first day was our civil wedding (arranged by Hintlesham Hall) and the second was a Hindu ceremony outdoors on the back lawn (a dry hire). Both days were fantastic.
We were able to choose our own florist, photographer ( found through Hitched) and videographers. Our caterer and other suppliers on the Hindu day were welcomed by Hintlesham Hall.

All we can say is a big thank you to all the staff and unreservedly recommend this venue for any couples getting married.

The wedding planners at the venue are beyond amazing, no question was too difficult and communication was always consistent. The venue itself is stunning and offered enough rooms for us to have our entire wedding party stay the night , every single guest LOVED their rooms and we couldn't get over how stunning the bridal suite was .

Service ran smoothly and without a hitch due to the brilliant communication and skills of the service team, who where nothing but vigilant for both our guests and ourselves (we regularly had someone check if we had drunk or eaten which was so thoughtful!) We would definitely recommend Hintlesham Hall to anyone planning a luxury wedding as they made the planning process alot easier and the day itself was beyond perfect! Xx

My husband and I visited Hintlesham several times many years ago for corporate events and always joked “imagine how lovely it would be to get married here?” So when it came to looking for wedding venues, Hintlesham of course sprang to mind. It wasn’t local to us, but I am so glad we didnt let that stop us. From start to finish the whole process with Hintlesham was a breeze. Tracy, Shannon and the team were amazing! Planning the day was seamless, stress free and honestly, nothing was too much trouble.

As for the wedding day itself, we had the most incredible day thanks to the team at Hintlesham. The food was incredible, the venue itself is stunning and the staff were so attentive all day! Thank you so much for giving us the most special day! Xx

Guests who attended our wedding have said they have never been to a wedding like it before, that the venue was beautiful, the staff professional with nothing too much bother.

We got engaged at Hintlesham Hall in December 2021 so there was no question as to where we would hold our wedding breakfast and reception. Tracy was our wedding planner and could not have been more helpful or accomodating. Our wedding day ran perfectly from the moment we arrived to get ready in the gorgeous bridal suite to the moment we left the next day. The salon where our wedding breakfast was held was laid out beautifully, the food was delicious and the staff were very professional and efficient. Every one of our guests commented (for weeks afterwards!) on what an amazing time they had, and those that stayed over could not believe how beautiful and unique their bedrooms were. We would certainly have no hesitation in recommending Hintlesham Hall as a wedding venue, we only wish we could do it all again!

Hintlesham made us look really good on the day! The prep was so easy. we availed of their package where the photographer, dj, flowers were included. Free meal test aswell. It was all so magical! I don't see how it could've gone any better

From the moment we stepped into the building we knew it was the right place for us .We wanted a very small intimate wedding with just our two adult guests and a 4 year old ring bearer.
We all arrived the day before and stayed the night and had a superb meal ,everything was very relaxed and already organised for the next day.
The wedding ceremony and the day were perfect, exactly what we had planned and we could not fault it in any way .We enjoyed an afternoon tea with our guests before they departed and had a superb meal that evening .
The accommodation was fantastic ,the honeymoon suite was stunning and our family were very impressed with their room .The gardens were beautiful and perfect for photographs .
The staff were all very professional and helpful and made our special day perfect.
