Thanks for all your help and input on Friday and making the evening a great success! : ) Thank you so much for all that you and your colleagues at the museum did for our wedding. We thought that it all went very well and thoroughly enjoyed it, and many of our guests have commented on what a great venue it was. Feedback from the last group in particular was really positive because as well as such a superb location they were bowled over with the fantastic food!

What I loved about York House initially, aside from it's obvious beauty, was the versatility of the venue. We had the use of several rooms during the day, The Terrace room for welcome drinks, The Salon for the wedding breakfast and the Clarendon Hall and bar for the evening do, until 12pm. This meant we weren't kept hanging about while things were cleared away/or the room layout was changed. What I wasn't expecting was just how professional the service was. I couldn't fault it. The day ran perfectly smoothly and we had so many comments afterwards about what a great day it had been. The icing on the cake was the cost. The catering was flexible to suit our needs, we were not forced to pick a certain 'package' and they were more than happy to cater to a budget set by us. The food was delicious, and they didn't scrimp on the portion sizes either. All in all I couldn't reccommend York House enough as a wedding venue.
