We had our wedding at the hotel on 31st August and it was perfect. From planning it all with Maddie to the dedication of Nia and the team on the day it was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and it all ran smoothly. Our guests were extremely happy with their rooms and the food was gorgeous. Thanks to the whole team for making our day so special.

We got married here on August 24th and it was the most amazing day ever. Maddie on the run up to the wedding was so helpful and looked after us very well and Becky on the actual day was just amazing she kept the day flowing nicely and everything that she did to help our day be perfect was done without question. The food was beautiful and they accommodated everyone's needs. Would highly recommend and again thankyou very much for making our wedding day so special. Chris and Ashley Tompkins xx

Everything was absolutely perfect and we are so grateful to yourself and the team for ensuring that our reception went perfectly. We had so many compliments with regards to the function room and the food - and of course I loved the Vol au Vents, sadly I had to share.

The little cinema went down a storm also, something I'm sure our guests will remember fondly. The guests who stayed over all had a very comfortable experience with again lots of compliments on the breakfast.

We will absolutely be recommending you and your team to anyone who might be looking for an event venue in the future.

Me and my husband got married here on the 25/8/18. It was perfect. Maddie was so good in the run up to the wedding she answered any questions I had. On the day nia kept me upto date with everything that was happening. The food was lovely too. Thank you so much for making our day so wonderful ????

Had our wedding here, the whole day was perfect. The staff we're all friendly and welcoming. Everything was taken care of by them, handed everything over to them and they got the room set up beautifully.
Such a relaxed day, many thanks to Emma, Rachel, Pat and all the other staff that helped us throughout the whole day!
Rooms were beautiful and all the food for the day was set to perfection, couldn't of asked for more from them.

We got married here 6/5/17 and couldnt have asked for a better day. All the staff were fabulous. The wedding team, rachel, pat, maddie and sharon were extra fabulous. The food was amazing and tge whole atmosphere made our day go without any problems. Highly recommended

The staff were great so helpful everything went well food was great all our guest commented on nice it was. The venue was beautiful couldn't fault a thing thing . Had our wedding here on 8th July 2017. The day was amazing and far exceeded my expectations. The staff,especially Maddie and Pat were better than brilliant. They both went the mile and can't thank them enough. The room looked amazing, so impressed, the food was lovely. Everybody was well looked after and made comment how lovely everything was. We had breakfast the following morning and again the staff were good and looked after us.

Haven't even had our wedding reception yet! Allready so excited and the lady maddie who sorted everything out for us couldn't be more helpful ? Just thought I would give you some feedback on the excellent way the wedding that was hosted at your hotel last week was handled by your staff and especially the professionalism of events manager Nia Davies, she is a real credit to your hotel.

As we were arranging the room for the wedding, we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights; the staff are so helpful and cannot do enough to go that extra mile to ensure everything runs smoothly, as I said previously led by example by Nia. Nia's attention to detail meant no issues and put everyone at ease throughout the day. Her professionalism and enthusiasm is a credit to her, she led the way and was a fantastic host. The room was set as agreed, the food was served in a timely manner and was of excellent standard, the braised beef was the best I have had, it just melted in the mouth. Being coeliac I am always worried going to these events, however, once Nia had been made aware, my fears disappeared as she over looked the waitressing throughout ensuring that the correct food was brought to my place on the table. A fantastic weekend had by all and every single member deserve the highest praise for the way they treat their customers; they make a fuss of the children, which makes life so much easier all round.

Long may this service continue and I'm sure with Nia's enthusiasm that is infectious to all the staff, that this hotel will continue to be an excellent venue to host events in the future.
