We understand that there’s a lot to consider, so we’ve made it easier by offering a selection of packages to suit your needs.

Classic Package

Perfect for larger celebrations, the Classic Package is for 40 day guests and 70 evening guests. It includes:

  • Room hire for your wedding breakfast and evening reception
  • Welcome drink
  • Wine with your wedding breakfast
  • Two-course wedding breakfast
  • Toast drink
  • Chair covers and sashes
  • Disco and evening buffet

Pricing:

  • £3,750 for 2025
  • £3,850 for 2026
  • £3,950 for 2027

Note: If you’d like to increase the number of guests, that’s absolutely fine, as long as it doesn’t exceed the capacity of the room.

Twilight Package

If you’re planning a more intimate evening celebration, the Twilight Package may be just what you’re looking for. This package is for 50 evening guests and includes:

  • Room hire for the evening reception
  • Welcome drink
  • Canapés
  • Finger buffet
  • Disco

Pricing:

  • £2,450 for 2025
  • £2,550 for 2026
  • £2,650 for 2027

Note: As with the Classic Package, guest numbers can be increased as long as they fit within the room’s capacity.

Intimate Package

For those who want to celebrate with close friends and family, our Intimate Package is ideal. This is for up to 40 guests and includes:

  • Room hire
  • Welcome drinks
  • Two-course wedding breakfast
  • Toast drink

Pricing:

  • £65 per person for 2025
  • £70 per person for 2026
  • £75 per person for 2027

Cultural Celebrations

If you’d like to incorporate cultural traditions into your wedding, we offer self-catering options to ensure your celebration reflects your unique heritage. Whether it's a Sikh, Hindu, Muslim, Jewish, Caribbean, or any other celebration, we’re here to help. Plus, you’re welcome to bring in specialised caterers to serve your authentic cuisine.

Self-catered Packages:

  • £3,250 for 2025
  • £3,750 for 2026
  • £4,250 for 2027

Add-Ons

For all packages, you can add ceremony room hire for £400. The guest numbers can also be increased, as long as this does not exceed the capacity of the room you can bring as many guests as you wish.

If you want something truly unique, our event planning team is happy to help you create a bespoke package tailored to your vision.

Complimentary Perks

All packages include a complimentary stay for the happy couple on the night of the wedding and discounted accommodation rates for your guests.

The team were amazing, the food was faultless

Myself and my now wife had our wedding at the hotel on Saturday 8th April 2017.

From start to finish the hotel acted above and beyond also being available for late night calls from ourselves to ask questions and make queries.

Colette was the first person on the scene when we decided to book our wedding at the hotel and the way she was with us put us at ease enough to book our wedding and leave it in her capable hands although at times I (the groom) wanted to make sure that the day ran perfectly I should have just handed the reigns over to the team. This is something I would advise to do.

On the actual wedding day I was nervous while waiting on my bride to be but all of the team treated me with kid gloves and were more then able to put me at ease.

The team (made up of Colette, Alice, Nigel, Nichola, Lauren and Becky who took on the role of our wedding music co ordinator) were amazing the food was faultless and all of the unwritten extras the hotel provided was breathtaking (will not tell you but leave it as a surprise).

We popped in to drop gifts off for the team yesterday and we realised that that was it our last journey to the hotel regarding our wedding big tears when leaving.

Once again thank you to all the staff at the Holiday Inn Haydock for being part of our day and giving us amazing memories.

The way you ran the day was amazing

We can't thank you all enough, you made our day perfect. Colette put up with my nagging and got all of the details perfect! Alice ran the day and it was amazing, so stress free and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you all again and we can't wait to return.

Beautiful wedding

We had our wedding here in September and it was excellent, the events co ordinators can't do enough for you on the run up to the wedding. The day ran like clockwork thanks to the wonderful staff who manage your wedding with such care and attention. The food was plentiful and lovely we got loads of compliments from our guests. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this holiday inn for any wedding or special event.

Our perfect wedding day

We had our wedding here on 28th may 2016.
We chose the venue for our theme to go horse racing as part of our reception so the location was just what we wanted.
Myself and husband would like to thank all the staff at the holiday inn as they couldn't of made our day any more perfect and if the day had any glitches we never realised as in our eyes it was perfect.
The staff were more than accommodating and welcoming to our ideas and suggestions and are very talented in making the willow suite a perfect and beautiful wedding scene from our boxes of decorations. They are also very helpful in everything the provided for us.
I can't thank you guys enough especially to Suzanne who without her our day would not of looked as amazing as it did, Rachel who helped with May last minute changes and Jodie in reception for helping with room bookings.
Great choice for a wedding.

fantastic day, planned to perfection

We held our wedding here in April 2015 and from the moment we booked it we could not fault the staff. They kept us upto date with everything, having regular meetings with us to go over our plan. Taking all the hassle and stress off us. The majority of our wedding party stayed at the hotel and everyone commented on the staff and friendliness. The day of the wedding itself was faultless, Sandra the master of ceremonies was worth her weight in gold working from early hours right up to the end of the night, making sure everything was going as we had planned. Food was amazing, catering for everyone , we did go for the most expensive package but the cost was very reasonable for the amount of time and preperation they go to to make sure our day was perfect. I would highly recommend weddings here, the gardens are only small however they're large enough and we'll looked after and our pictures here turned out beautiful.
