Amazing

Had a wedding here last month, everything was perfect! We had 200 guests but it still felt really intimate, food and staff were amazing! Thank You!

Do not waste your time or money!

Having had our wedding reception there this summer we have been extremely disappointed with the service we received.
From poor communication beforehand to ALL welcome drinks being served warm without any ice buckets including wine on tables. We had to organise these things upon arrival as the staff were clueless.
We didn't have a member of staff present to oversee our day/ night as promised as they spent the entire time in the kitchen.
All of our food was served over an hour late and appalling in quality with some of it raw and inedible.
Nothing resembling the menu we had chosen and expected.
Staff under qualified and managers refusing to take complaints on board adequately.
No air conditioning so the room gets far too hot .
Sad and sorry to say they ruined our wedding day and their failure to understand the impact they had by providing such a poor service is inexcusable.
Would NEVER recommend for a wedding or any important event!

Hi Jason,

I wanted to write you a quick email about yesterday - please could you pass this on to the team too (including the wonderful lady who managed it who's name I have completely and rudely forgotten - I am so sorry about that!).

Yesterday absolutely surpassed every single expectation we had. I could not fault it. Your team were absolutely amazing - they worked so hard, they were so helpful, friendly and polite. Even at the very end, they were still smiling, even though they had been working for such a long time!

The day was run so smoothly (despite the weather's best efforts to thwart things!), and it all went without a hitch. The food was totally amazing and everyone said how yummy everything was both for the main meal and in the evening.

I'd also like to thank you hugely for all of your help throughout the last few months - you have been utterly amazing at helping us to arrange our wedding.

The day was absolutely perfect - thank you so much for all of your help in making it happen. Please send our warmest thanks to everyone who helped out.

Brilliant day!

We had a fantastic day! The staff were kind and helpful and really made an effort to make the day as easy for us as possible. We particularly enjoyed the opportunity to go out on a buggy for photos! There was a minor problem with the lift breaking but utmost credit to the staff - they got it fixed very very quickly and were great about the whole thing. Thank you!

Lovely Venue

When my friend first told me that she was having her wedding at a golf club, I was like oh no - thought it would be really impersonal. How wrong could I be! The venue was really lovely and the staff could not have been more helpful or friendly. The food was good too!

There are not enough words to thank you all for your fantastic, warm and initmate reception you all created for us. Our ceremony at Brighton Town Hall set the warm loving feel we wanted for our friends and family. Your awesome work continued the sense of a family event, which all our guests enjoyed.
