We knew from the first open day visit that the vineyard was the one. Every other venue we saw just didn't compare! The events team were all very easy to deal with and down to earth. On the wedding day itself everything went to plan (to our knowledge) and we and all the guests had such a fantastic day. All guests commented on how spectacular the food was and of course the view/location speaks for itself! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wedding venue to anyone we know! Special thanks to Mia, Holly and Tom for making our day unforgettable!
The only issue that we had was that we had to source alternative accommodation for the night before as there was another wedding at the vineyard. Something to bear in mind that you may need to get ready and stay over the night before somewhere else.

Me and my husband would like to say a MASSIVE thank you to Tom, Mia, Nicola and all the amazing team that helped us celebrate our wedding in March at the Vineyard. From start to end, the day was just perfect, the team made sure everything went smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about a thing!

The food was gorgeous and wine even better😏 The resident DJ Tall Paul was brilliant and really got the night going! The day couldn’t have gone any better and I just wish we could do it all again!! thank you so much again guys, you all did an exceptional job! 👏🤍

We booked our wedding and got married at the Vineyard on the 3rd November 23. From the minute we booked, we knew we were in safe hands. They were very easy to deal with, flexible, and so helpful. We had a number of guests with special dietary requirements and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were fantastic and did everything to make our day extra special. They guided us through our wedding setup on the day and put us at ease, we knew we were in a safe pair of hands. The food was simply outstanding, every guest commented on the quality and service, it made our day extra special. As party of the package, we used their recommended DJ Tall Paul who was excellent. Really personable and did a great job on the day. The accommodation was ready for all our guests as expected, everyone checked in without a hitch, the rooms were lovely and warm and exceptionally clean. We were just so impressed with the whole setup. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are looking for an exceptional intimate experience. Thank you to all staff at the Vineyard.

When we got engaged Emma told me she wanted to take me home to Huddersfield to get married. I instantly thought of the Vineyard and we booked the wedding date before we'd even looked around. It is the most incredible venue with spectacular views. I love the ceremony room with its high ceiling and windows with panoramic views. I think the thing that makes the vineyard stand out though is the amazing staff that look after you from the moment you enquire and all the way through.

The communication from day one was excellent and they quickly responded to every query I had.

We did the menu tasting which was excellent. The food is just insane.

There are so many people we would like to thank for making our day so special. Mia for responding to all of my questions. Holly for being brilliant on the day and constantly keeping us topped up with drinks and for fluffing my train out. Tom for being generally brilliant throughout the entire process. Ash for being the loveliest, smiliest person ever and so so helpful. The guy who went and got a hairdryer from the accommodation and helped me blow dry my dress after getting soaked in the rain. The husband and wife team looking after the accommodation and doing the taxi runs. They are just the most wonderful people and were so accommodating. Tall Paul for playing our eclectic playlist and getting everyone up on the dance floor. All of the other staff that helped out in some way. We just can't thank them enough.

We have had so many wonderful comments from all of our guests about the venue, the location, the staff, the food. I'm so so glad we booked the Vineyard and would highly recommend it to anyone considering.

Holmfirth Vineyard was the perfect setting for our intimate wedding. The backdrop to our photos and the views on the day were magnificent. The team couldn't be more friendly, helpful and they accommodated last minute changes to our menu without any concern or drama - would highly recommend.

Our wedding at the Vineyard was unforgettable. The staff, ALL the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and ensure our day ran smoothly. The food was absolutely amazing and all of our guests still comment on this. Tom and Mia were great at helping us to organise things and they clearly know what they're doing. Holmfirth Vineyard was where myself and my now wife decided to tie the knot, drawn Inn by the stunning views, I would recommend anyone to book their special day here, the food was amazing, the staff were amazing and kind and considerate towards everyone, a special thanks to the late shift as they were super kind and relaxed in nature, the accommodation was nice and on site, a shuttle would take us from the venue to the accommodation throughout the night, all in all I would recommend Holmfirth Vineyard to anyone wanting to spend a special day somewhere rural with an amazing view. Thanks to all the staff.

My daughter & our (new) son in law chose The Vineyard as the venue for their recent marriage & I have to say what a fantastic choice they made. It was a rather intimate ceremony; the room looked amazing & the view through the large window was breathtaking. We (the bridal party) stayed in one of the apartments the night before the wedding & this made all the difference. We chatted, we chilled, ate pizza, had a couple of glasses of fizz & then had an early night before awakening refreshed the next morning, stress free & excited. All staff worked incredibly hard to make sure the day was as perfect as possible, the only thing they couldn’t control was the weather, it rained all day but because the venue has high ceilings & large windows, it felt like we were outside & I know the photographer managed to capture the beautiful scenery so the photographs will be spectacular. The food was out of this world, canapes of miniature fish & chips or mini burgers, followed by a meal like something straight out of a Michelin star restaurant, it was truly scrumptious. The secret singing waiter had us all holding our breath as he crashed onto the floor scattering crockery before jumping to his feet & serenading the happy couple, it was hysterical & magical, truly something we will never forget. Special mention must go to Tom & Ash who were incredibly hard working, always smiling, very helpful & accommodating & who were prepared to go the extra mile to make sure the bride & groom got the wedding of their dreams. I’m sure there were many others who I didn’t meet who played a huge role in making sure the day was a success; I’d like to extend a very big thank you to each & every member of staff at The Vineyard, the day was amazing from start to finish. Mark and I married at the Vineyard April 22. It's a fabulous location, so much so we didn't need to look elsewhere.
From our initial enquiry, through to breakfast the day after the wedding , Nicola and the team were brilliant.
We booked the on-site apartments for our guests ( the taxi is genius) The wedding table was set out beautifully , the food was delicious, the view was amazing and nothing was too much trouble.

Our entire experience with this venue was brilliant, from the day we booked our wedding we were kept informed on everything right up until our big day. Every last detail was perfect, the staff were amazing and dealt with everything, they truly went above and beyond to make sure our special day was one we will mever forget.

Having our wedding at Holmfirth was by far the best decision we could have made. We had previously had our abroad wedding cancelled twice due to covid and now in hindsight, I am so thankful that it was.
We were so apprehensive about having to go through the stress of organising yet another wedding and the possibility of this one falling through too due to regulations but we need not have worried.
From the very first meeting we were assured of what would happen in the event of a covid restriction and put our minds at rest immediately.. and from that point on planning the rest was what it should be, exciting easy and fun! Tom and Nicola were amazing, from suggesting things that we hadn’t thought of to helping us with an itinerary and going through food options. Anything we requested that was not part of the package was sorted out with no issues. Nothing was to much trouble. On the day itself I was overwhelmed with how seamlessly everything ran, I didn’t have a single thing to worry about. From start to finish the team, the food, the wine, the venue and of course the most beautiful setting, ensured we had the best day of our lives.

We got married here on 9th April 2022. From our initial enquiry we were so impressed with the vineyard as a venue, we actually didn’t look anywhere else! Nicola, Tom and the team worked so hard to ensure everything ran smoothly, and were always prompt to respond to our queries during the planning process, despite how busy we knew they were. They also communicated with our suppliers, nothing was too much trouble, it made planning our wedding so easy! The venue itself is a beautiful blank canvas, we didn’t use much decoration as we really wanted the view to do the talking, although if you did want to add decor, I imagine there are lots of possibilities. The view is actually what sold the venue to us initially, and it meant we could get some stunning photos as the sun set. We really enjoyed the menu tasting, we struggled to narrow down the options for our wedding breakfast as everything was so tasty! The food on the day was superb, we even had guests commenting it was the best food they had ever had at a wedding. It was also really helpful to have dietary requirements catered for separately, as this gave the rest of our guests more choice. The bar was well stocked with a great selection of alcoholic and soft drinks. Another thing we love about the vineyard is that we can go back and visit in the future, definitely looking forward to a tour and wine tasting!
