We had such a phenomenal day, we can't even begin to express how fantastic it actually was. I want to cry every time I remember that it's all over! (And I've done a lot of crying in the past few days - all happy tears!)

The weather wasn't ideal but that didn't matter once we got the ceremony out of the way at St Georges Hall as The Fifth really is the ideal winter wedding venue - everyone commented on how much they felt like they were outside with the amazing views.

We want to say a huge thank you to the reception staff all of our guests commented on how helpful and efficient they were, especially Saffy who couldn't do enough for our guests. She was fabulous, the smallest of things was no trouble, she really went above and beyond for us.

Everybody said how wonderful a venue it was and how beautiful the food was. You'll definitely have a lot of returning customers from our group. My Uncle said he thought the hotel was a hidden gem and after living in Liverpool for over 40 years he hadn't explored that end of town and would most definitely be doing so in the future.

We want to extend a huge thank you to you, Amy & Lauren. You have done the most amazing job in turning our dream wedding into a reality, we just can not thank you enough.

Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be and were thoroughly impressed with every part of the day.

We'd like to say a special thank you to Rosita, who helped us through the initial plans for the day. Amy for the setting up the room the way we envisioned and to Karen for running the event. The food was excellent, the service was amazing and everything was just perfect.

We brought the date of our wedding forward due to a difficult change in our circumstance, and being honest we weren't enjoying the build up the way we imagine most couples to, but the service we received at The Hope Street Hotel was far above and beyond anything we could have ever expected.

The attention to detail, the professionalism shown by every member of staff and the perfect mix of friendly hospitality, I don't believe we could have received anywhere else and it absolutely contributed to our dream wedding!

We want to pay a special thanks to the members of your bar staff who kept us both well hydrated throughout the evening, one of us more than the other!! And more importantly please pass over our biggest thanks to Amy, who's hard work behind the scenes didn't go unnoticed.

You really made us feel like celebs, I'm gutted that I'll never get such treatment again but will definitely be back at Hope Street as many times as we can find an excuse!

just like to say a very big thank you to hope street hotel for making the biggest day of our lives so enjoyable and most memorable, after searching for several months, looking for that perfect venue, we remember our first visit to your hotel. meeting with Rosita Langley, within first twenty minutes she convinced us this was our venue, especially after viewing the fifth floor, with some outstanding views of our great city,rosita not only helped organise our wedding,kept us informed at all times, she also supplied us with names of a good florist and afternoon & evening entertainment, which was excellent, all the staff was so helpful and did their jobs so professionally, very friendly we could not have asked for any better, every one of our guests informed us what an outstanding hotel and wedding this was.

The wedding was beyond brilliant!!!! We were so thrilled with how it all went. The weather had been so foggy from first thing in the morning but by the time we were getting married it had turned into the most fabulous sky with the fog descended so it was hanging low in the sky and the tops of all the buildings were peeping out with the sun shining . It was unbelievable !!
I have to thank the staff because without them being so attentive and thoughtful it wouldn't have gone so smoothly and effortlessly.
Our wedding co-ordinator was fab throughout and cat and aisy were just brilliant , they were both so warm and engaging and fantastic with the kids!! our guests were all so impressed with the hotel and the staff throughout the whole thing. The staff at the reception were also very attentive and friendly.
The bubble bar was a definite hit too the only feedback I would have is that it could be Promoted a little more obviously as it was possibly too indiscreet.

We had a number of guests staying for my daughter's wedding for a couple of nights from Liverpool, and also from outside of the city. The venue was excellent, both in terms of the accommodation, and for the wedding itself. Everything went extremely smoothly, and all our guests commented on what a great day they had. All of the staff, and especially Aisy, the dedicated wedding coordinator on the day, were first class, and I can't thank them enough for helping to make whole week-end one that we will never forget.

Amy and the team were absolutely fantastic on Saturday, so many people commented on the staff, food and obviously the setting!
thankyou for everything, we had the most spectacular day and will remember it for ever!

Me and Jorge would like to thank everyone at hope street for all the help and support in the run up to the wedding. The menu substitutions were most appreciated and we felt that they really cared about making our day special.
We would also like to thank Amy, who was a vision of calm and professionalism throughout! I felt totally relaxed knowing that she was running the show. One word - amazing!
Finally, the catering team on the day were outstanding. The young waiter who looked after the top table was brilliant. I am especially delighted that he made sure to look after my mum and keep her glass topped up. She said he was great. He had a lovely manner about him and made me feel so special in the way he spoke to me.
Everyone here has been amazing and we are already planning to come back as soon as possible. I will be leaving a full review on trip advisor when I get a chance.
Thanks again to each and every member of the team. I should also add the barmen are wonderful at what they do, and hilarious.
A wedding day is so stressful but thanks to Hope Street we could sit back and enjoy the day with confidence.

We had our wedding at Hope Street Hotel in August this year and the hotel will now forever have a special place in our hearts. It has such a crisp, clean and airy feel to it, combined with beautiful exposed brick and rustic wooden beams. If you're looking for the ultimate boutique city venue, and something that will really wow your guests and get them talking then this is the place. The area around the hotel is great for getting some cool and quirky wedding photos too (think cobbled side streets and Victorian terrace houses), plus it's full of bars and restaurants if your guests want somewhere to head the night before. Make sure you encourage your guest to stay at the hotel because the rooms are to die for and well worth the money! and as for the breakfasts... the best I've had. Especially the veggie one!
We had our wedding breakfast up on the 5th floor... the view from up there off the room's private balcony is simply stunning - you can see the whole of the city and all my guests loved standing out there in between courses to take in the view. We then held our evening reception downstairs in the 'resident's lounge'. It's ideal for a reception or party - low-ish ceiling, fairy-lights everywhere, exposed brick and lots of wood, different types of seating and a big dance floor.

Now onto the staff. Each and everyone of them are so wonderful, friendly and helpful. They make you feel like you're the only couple having your wedding there! Can't thank them all enough for what they did and for making the day just perfect and really personal.

Attended my best friend's wedding here on 6/10/17. Perfect from start to finish. We stayed over the night before, room was spotless, big comfy bed, had everything you could possibly think of and the welcome card was a lovely touch!

On to the big day! Such a perfect wedding!! Staff were so friendly and helpful! In particular thank you to Amy she is an absolute credit to you and ensured the whole day went perfectly! The food day and night was phenomenal! Would 100% recommend as a wedding venue and also as somewhere to come for a lovely meal and stay over!
