My Fiancé and I visited The Croft for one of their open days and were overwhelmed as soon as we walked in, it is stunning. The staff were helpful, friendly and their list of recommended suppliers is amazing we can’t wait to get married here in 2025

My husband and I got married in October 2023, the only words to describe the day was perfect. Staff were fabulous and went above and beyond for not just us but also for our guests. I would highly recommend The Manor House Hotel and spa for a wedding venue.

We had the best wedding here in January. Our whole wedding package was brilliant. The food was AMAZING! From start to finish the team were great. Everything ran so smoothly on the day which was largely due to our wedding coordinator Andrew. He made sure everything ran like clockwork without it being regimented. Any last minute thoughts i had he had already thought of and had sorted for me. I couldn't recommended the South Causey Inn highly enough.

Callum and his team at Bowburn Hall are knowledgable, patient, creative, attentive...the list goes on. Our wedding was perfect, from our first showround to the morning after the big day, and we simply cannot thank them enough. The hotel and the gardens are simply stunning, our photos are gorgeous and will be proudly on display in our home forever.

We had the most fantastic day. The whole weekend was amazing. Everything went so very well. The food was amazing as always, the decor, the ambience all perfect. All of our guests had a wonderful time and are still talking about it, especially those who stayed over which were quite a few. The staff were an absolute credit to yourselves and everyone commented on it. Polite, helpful, courteous, friendly, nothing was too much trouble. We do need to especially, thank, you Jane, Jess, Ruth, Kirsty, Daniel and George for making our day as perfect as it could possibly have been. I could keep writing compliments as I think of something new every day. What a wonderful experience it was and we will never be able to thank you all enough.

We'd most definitely recommend Wynyard Hall. There’s no venue like it in the North East of England. If you want luxury, grandeur, amazing service and staff then Wynyard is the venue for you. The staff at Wynyard Hall is also fantastic. Our wedding coordinator Clare was amazing! Both Mark and I loved working with her as nothing was ever any trouble. On the day of the wedding, Ian was great! What a lovely man, I wasn’t feeling very well just before our first dance, he fed me chocolate to get my sugar up and got me a glass of water. It’s the little things like this that make a difference. I understand he is quite new to Wynyard, he is a real asset to your team.

We had an absolutely wonderful day from start to finish, thanks to Damian and his team who took care of every detail. Everything was set out just how we had asked and the day flowed very smoothly. The food was lovely both for the breakfast and evening buffet. And of course the Great Hall looked stunning all day! A perfect day, thank you Redworth!

We held our wedding here 8th August 2015. It was amazing from start to finish. There was 3 other weddings on that day but we could not fault the venue at all! I arrived Friday afternoon for my favours appointment to drop everything off for them to set up the next morning. I was extremely worried leaving the setting up of the venue to them as everything else i had organised myself. They did not disappoint though everything was as requested! We were extremely lucky and got a beautiful warm day. We used the Tuscan Alcove for our ceremony, would definitely recommend for a summer wedding, it was beautiful!! One small problem was there is no PA system and therefore the guests did struggle to hear the vows over the wind. We then moved round to the marquee where the guests got their reception drink and went up to the small reception area on the grass at the back with a few small benches. This was perfect for people to sit down while photos were being taken and kept us separate from any other wedding parties. The food for the 3 course meal and the evening buffet was gorgeous, all meals were served hot and everyone complimented the food. We stayed the Friday night in a deluxe room which was gorgeous, loads of space and the food in the bar was wonderful. The room on the Saturday night was a 'premier?' room maybe, one of the bridal suite types it was stunning!! Huge bed, TV, double shower, bath, 2 sinks it was amazing!!

We would highly recommend the Radisson as a wedding venue – you will be given an outstanding professional service where everything is provided for you and no ask is too much trouble. Many of our guests stayed in the hotel over the weekend and ALL our guests commented on what a great time they had had and how well they had been looked after Fiona and Lin Fidgin June 2014

We had our wedding at Hallgarth Manor in the summer of 2013. The hotel, wedding room and gardens all made for the most perfect wedding day. The staff and food were great and we had a fantastic time. Thank You Hallgarth Manor.
