We had our wedding reception at the Manor at Sway and it was wonderful. The Manor is located in the beautiful, quaint village of Sway, which is a perfect location - in the heart of the New Forest but also close to the beautiful nearby beaches. The Manor is beautifully decorated with high ceilings and all our guests commented on how beautiful their rooms were. We enjoyed some high quality, lovely food at the Manor as part of our wedding breakfast as well as some delicious canapés. Nothing was too much trouble for Tim and the rest of the team at the Manor, which made the wedding planning process really enjoyable and the team made everyone feel very relaxed on the day. One of the reasons we chose the Manor was because of the beautiful long gardens which made for some lovely photos and there is lots of room for a band and garden games. We didn’t have a marquee but we imagine this would be a great option for larger weddings as the garden is large and private. All in all, we are so pleased we chose the Manor at Sway, it is a beautiful hidden gem in the New Forest!

What an amazing venue to have our wedding at - from the moment of booking our wedding it was seamless- no stress no drama. The day far exceeded any of our dreams and every single member of staff made our day a wonderful memory! A big shoutout to Jordan who made every request possible- she saw my vision and ran with it, she was calming and efficient and very lovely too. The food was first class - I think every guest told us how amazing it was. We had special dietary requirements and the hotel ensured they had everything they needed without missing out on quality - they say that they’ve never known service like it and was grateful with the effort made. We can’t recommend the Holiday Inn Eastleigh enough its first class service on an affordable budget! Many guests told us it was the best wedding they’d been too and the hotel definitely made that possible!! And the lovely touch to the hotel room on our wedding night was a wonderful touch!!Wish we could do it all again!!

We couldn’t be happier with our wedding at Voco Winchester. The venue is beautiful, and the events team made everything so easy to plan. On the day, everything ran perfectly, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was amazing, and our guests loved it. A truly memorable day—highly recommend!

We got married here in May and couldn't fault anything. The staff were all very helpful and made the day run smoothly. We will be back soon for food and drinks!

Beautiful venue, very flexible to our needs for our small intimate wedding. Private lounge for drinks and private dining with excellent food options. We chose to have a la carte menu. Wedding planners looked after us very well.

Our day was absolutely perfect and we couldn’t fault it. All staff were brilliant and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The food was incredible and at our tasting beforehand, we were able to make sure everything on the menu was exactly as we wanted it - no request was too big. The whole process of planning our day was as stress free as planning a wedding can be! We would 100% recommend this venue and wish we could live the day all over again.

The Queens Hotel was perfect for our wedding reception, we used the Elizabeth room and it was decorated perfectly. Lisa our coordinator was amazing from the start and kept everything running smoothly throughout our day, we cant thank her enough.

The seamless coordination and professionalism demonstrated by your team allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration without any concerns. The culinary experience exceeded our expectations. The food was not only delicious but also presented with artistic flair, leaving a lasting impression on our guests. The flexibility and responsiveness of your catering team in accommodating dietary preferences and last-minute changes were greatly appreciated. The accommodations for our guests were comfortable, and they spoke highly of the attentive and friendly staff. The overall atmosphere created by Winchester royal added a touch of luxury to our wedding, making it an unforgettable experience for both us and our guests. We are so so happy we chose The Bell Inn for our wedding venue. We chose to have a two day celebration, small ceremony with 20 people in Poole on Saturday followed by Afternoon Tea at the Bell Inn, then a big reception party with 80 people on the Sunday also at The Bell Inn. Where to start? Afternoon Tea on the Saturday was lovely. The perfect relaxed meal to enable us to chat to our closest family and friends after the ceremony. Lizzie, our Bell Inn wedding organiser, went above and beyond (more on this later) organising a Golf Buggy for us and our photographers so we could head out onto the course for some beautiful pictures. We stayed at the inn for two nights. We were in Room 12/The Bridal Suite, which was a lovely peaceful place overlooking the garden to rest after our very busy days. The room was very clean and the toiletries smelled amazing. As part of the wedding package for the Sunday, we used all 26 rooms for our guests. All the guests said the rooms were beautiful, comfortable and peaceful. Several said they haven't had that much sleep since their kids were born 4 years ago! We had great feedback on the breakfast too, with a great range of cooked and continental options. The party on the Sunday was seamless from start to finish. Lizzie is just fabulous - she worked tirelessly to ensure my new husband and I were taken care of and could just float around and enjoy the day with our guests. She was there from the minute I arrived to set up, helping me prep decorations and brief the team too. Carl, the bar manager, was exceptional taking care of all of our guests, entertaining everyone, and concocting some special wedding cocktails just for us too. The rest of the team were also wonderful and totally on top of everything keeping the venue clean and tidy, and were incredibly polite and helpful. They were all really happy and energetic too despite the long day. We chose to go for a relaxed day with two buffets. We had a hot buffet earlier in the day and a cold buffet for the evening. The food went down really well. We had a variety of dietary requirements, all of which were catered for by the wonderful chefs (inc. Veggie, Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Nut Free). The quality and quantity was top notch! Everyone commented that the food was amazing and several people went back for thirds! They were also pleased with the relaxed style as it allowed them to pick what they wanted, who they wanted to sit with and where (indoors, outdoors, milling about). We had music in the bar courtesey of our personalised Spotify playlist which Lizzie put on the music system so it was all tailored to us. Later we had a DJ in the Garden Room which provided the perfect sized room for a proper dancefloor (not too big or too small)! An absolutely wonderful event. Huge thank you to everyone at the Bell Inn but especially our wonderful, energetic, enthusiastic, kind and caring wedding organiser. I don't know how we would have done it without you. If you are looking for a flexible wedding venue for a small do, or a big party, I thoroughly recommend you contact The Bell Inn. They will make sure you have a wonderful day.
