On Saturday 20th July 2024 we had our wedding day at Wennington Hall, myself and Callum were one of the first couples to book when the renovations hadn’t commenced and we were wedding number 2 at Wennington Hall! We had the most amazing day, the venue is stunning and is completed to such a high standard, the decor is beautiful and all our guests were so impressed with the venue it blew them all away! Our wedding coordinator Alicia was brilliant all the way through, there were some questions we didn’t know the answer to as the renovations were still ongoing but we felt at ease throughout the whole process and never had any doubts that the venue wouldn’t look stunning at the end. We had an absolute dream wedding day, the staff working were fantastic and everyone had such a lovely day. The grounds are brilliant for photos inside and outside (weather dependent) and there’s lots of space for guests, the food was amazing and the guests loved it and lots of drink options too. We wish we could do it all over again in this stunning venue! Thanks so much Wennington Hall for giving us our dream wedding day, Colette and Callum x

I booked the hall, and my experience is that they provided a fantastic service and especially Rafiya who was as absolutely amazing on that evening, was sooo helpful, such a lovely person. She deserves the best, thank you for all you did for my daughters special evening event, had the best evening. I would definitely recommend and would be using the hall again in the future. Thank you

Our wedding was perfect because The Spread Eagle staff provided exactly what we had envisaged. Leah, Events Manager, guided our choices along the way. Obviously, we had chosen the venue because the bedrooms and public rooms provided the atmosphere we required but the professionalism and appropriate friendliness of the staff and the quality of the wedding food were an unknown factor. They could not be faulted! We have received thank you cards from all our guests complimenting the venue and saying, " it was the warmest, most enjoyable wedding they have ever attended!"

Hi Paige Thank you so much for all your help over the last few months. The day was absolutely perfect and every single member of staff went above and beyond to make the day so memorable! I've never felt as special as I did not only on the day, but on the days leading up when I was dropping things off. We can’t recommend Wrightington enough! We had our wedding reception here in October and it was perfect! The whole day was organised really well and we felt so comfortable and relaxed that everything was taken care of. The food was amazing for our wedding breakfast and the resident DJ was really good and also played our song request list. All the staff are friendly and every time we came to the hotel to organise our wedding everyone was really helpful. The ladies at reception (sorry I didn’t get your names) were always welcoming and helpful! David was our wedding co ordinator and we couldn’t of asked for anyone better! We will always have fond memories of the hotel and can’t wait to come back for our 1st anniversary, Thank you so much!!

I had my wedding at Lancashire Manor in June this year and it was the most perfect day. The staff couldn't do enough for us and I didn't have a single concern throughout the day. They made us feel special from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. The food was lovely too and the buffet was amazing. I stayed at the hotel the night before the wedding and the staff made me feel very special from.the minute I arrived to the minute I left. I have to give a special thanks to Gill the wedding coordinator at Lancashire Manor. For the 10 months run up to the wedding she was fab helping us plan our special day. I would certainly recommend this venue for a wedding.

Many thanks for everyone's hard work and making our wedding so special.. We had many compliments relating to the room layout with the round tables and how fantastic it looked. Also could you pass on thanks to your catering team, again with many compliments about the quality, and amount. Once again thank you to one and all.

From our first visit viewing the venue on the wedding open day, after being to 2 weddings there already, we knew we were making the perfect choice. Nothing was too much trouble, no questions were laughed at and everything we suggested and looked at was accepted. I cannot sum up in any amount of words how amazing Jennifer, Alison and the whole staff were throughout our whole experience. Our meals were amazing and all our guests said how perfect the food was. I wish we could do it all over again and have these amazing people play such a big part of my day and making it so perfect for us. Please please always choose Farington lodge, I cannot stress enough how amazing our wedding day/experience was!
