The staff at the Abbey hotel Redditch are amazing Lorraine and Steph and the team made all of our dreams come true the whole day went absolutely smooth we can thank everyone enough everything every one comes highly recommended by us we will definitely be back all of our guests said the whole day was absolutely amazing from start to finish.

All I can say is that this company go above and beyond in all our aspects of our wedding on 11/2/23 Karen is a perfect wedding coordinator that make sure that every aspect of your wedding celebrations are picture perfect and snehal is perfect for helping and making sure that everything and everyone are taken care of to a exceptional rate all I can say is thank you to your team and thanks again for everything you and your team done for me and my bride

We got married at Wharton Park on 26th October 2018. If you are looking for a stress free wedding, a fantastic venue with efficient conscientious staff and first class food then this is the place you need. We can't thank them enough for everything they did. Highly recommend it. Mr & Mrs Hodgkins

From the first show around, General Manager James and his team were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble and the packages offered gave us everything we needed for a fabulous day. On the day, James guided us through the whole thing, making it smooth and stress free. Our guests commented favourably on all aspects of the day, from the food, service and accommodation. Five stars all round.

We wanted to express our thanks to everyone that collectively delivered for us a simply stunning wedding day, it exceeded all of our expectations. We were initially impressed with the professionalism when we visited the wedding fair, and the attention to detail has been apparent throughout the planning and delivery of our special day. The staff were well briefed, prepared, trained and outstandingly polite. We could not have hoped for a more seamless day and would recommend the venue to anyone planning a similar event.

I was blown away by the attention to detail that is so evident in all aspects, from the design and restoration to the staff that looked after us so well.

Although the hotel is going through refurbishment at no time did this impact on the fantastic service we received. From our initial enquiry to after the event we were treated as special individuals rather than just another booking. Even though we very demanding, Hannah did a fantastic job, smiling throughout and never making us feel like we were a nuisance. The day itself with Kirsten in charge went like a dream. The food and the service was even better than we had been promised. The refurbished bedroom we stayed in was stunning if this is the quality of things to come then this place really will be five star!!

We celebrated our wedding here in April 2005. Everything was simply superb - the hotel is set in the most amazing grounds so there were some fantastic photo opportunities. The room where we had the wedding breakfast was decorated fabulously by the staff - couldn't have done it better ourselves. Talking of the staff - where to start - they couldn't do enough for us - any request was greeted with a smile and completed without hesitation. The food was fabulous - one of the guests used to chef in a hotel and even he thought it was great! Could go on and on and on.......... Would definitely recommend it to anyone and everyone - we had a wonderful day that was made even better by this venue.
