Howsham hall is truly the most exceptional venue for the biggest day of your life. Guests will be in awe of the building from their first sight coming down the driveway. It’s an image which certainly stuck in the minds of my wife and I and one we could never get out when selecting a venue, so it became the immediate choice. Howsham lived up to all the dreams of the day and it couldn’t have gone any better right from the start. That is down a huge part to all the staff on the day who worked tirelessly to ensure all the guests we looked after to the highest of standards and especially my wife and me. All the dine staff on the day were a true credit to their hospitality industry. The grounds are immaculate presenting a stunning backdrop for the whole occasion, and wonderful external picture locations. The whole interior has been carefully designed to bring out the detail of the historic building, one which you don't have (or want) to add too much decor to, as not to spoil the historic detail. Again, this interior design is a perfect backdrop for incredible images of your day. The bridal suite is second to none we had ever seen on our primary research. The room is a perfect setting for the bride and her bridal party to prepare and settle into the day, the windows again creating a perfect picture spot to show off the bride in their best light.
The evening space has been revamped and has a perfect balance between space and in keeping with the traditional style of the hall. Plenty of seating and dancing space alongside a well-stocked and manned bar - what more do you need for your evening party? Evening food service is a great option instead of a buffet as it allows guests to relax and not clutter up the space.
The Food throughout the whole day was amazing too, the Dine chefs create dishes tasting fantastic and the presentation is equally as matched.
The venue is an absolute must visit and when you go you are truly going to struggle to find something which will eclipse this idyllically located venue.
The whole planning process was so straightforward, and you are assisted throughout with expert assistance (something you will continue to receive on the wedding day) and a personal thankyou to Craig for this as he helped make the day as special and memorable as it was!

We had the absolute best wedding and all the coordination and planning from Dine and Howsham Hall was excellent. Craig was amazing and was key to our day and made everything go perfectly. Couldn’t have done it without him and the team. The venue is unreal and the food exquisite. Cannot recommend Howsham Hall and Dine enough!

Liam our wedding co-ordination was exceptional. His organisation and attention to detail were second to none. He thought about things that hadn’t even occurred to us and as a result the day ran like clockwork. Tim the house manager was also wonderful and could not do enough to help. All of the staff were amazing.
We need to also mention the quality of the food which was fantastic and our guests all commented on this.

Howsham Hall was the venue we chose for our wedding in July. From our initial viewing we were so impressed, not only by how magnificent the Hall was, but also by the professionalism of everyone we met from Dine. As well as ensuring everything on our wedding day ran seamlessly, the catering and hospitality the Dine team offered was second to none. We and our guests has the most amazing day, one we we never forget!

From the very first visit to the moment we booked our date, the team at Howsham Hall exceeded our expectations in every way. Craig and Tim were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, always going above and beyond to accommodate our needs and swiftly responding to all of my many emails.

The venue itself is nothing short of breathtaking. The bridal suite felt like something out of a fairytale, making the morning preparations truly magical. The 12 on-site bedrooms were ideal for accommodating our bridal party, and having the entire venue exclusively for the weekend made our celebration feel intimate and special.

A special mention goes to the team at Dine, who delivered an unforgettable culinary experience—we received endless compliments on the food!

I cannot express how amazing this venue is and how utterly perfect the Dine team are. From start to finish, everything is organised and executed to the utmost perfection.
Craig looked after us from the moment we booked all the way through to after our big day. He was fantastic. He directed everyone on the day itself and put our minds totally at ease. The team were so professional and lovely. They made us feel very well looked after as well as all of our guests.

Howsham Hall was the most wonderful setting for our wedding weekend - we had guests travelling from overseas and we had the run of the whole house, for the whole weekend: the fact that all of our nearest & dearest could stay in the bedrooms made everything extra-special! The rooms are beautiful, the house is the most picturesque setting, and nothing was too much trouble for Craig, Natalie and the team. Our guests all commented on the great food and really generous portions too!! We would recommend Howsham Hall - and the Dine team - for anyone planning their special day.

Howsham Hall was a brilliant venue for our wedding. We arrived in the morning and felt like guests ourselves, relaxed in the knowledge that Craig, Tim and their team had absolutely everything under control. The drinks were great, accommodating for our preference of ale over lager! Food service brilliant, all dietary requirements accounted for efficiently and guests commented on how good the food was. We partied until late and really enjoyed having the venue to ourselves with 12 bedrooms!

Craig, Tim and the team were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Our whole wedding weekend was seamless, so well organised and everything ran like clockwork. The service from the team is like nothing I have experienced. I cannot recommend this team enough.

What a wonderful setting for a wedding. All our guests commented on how fabulous it was. The service was excellent, the staff couldn’t do enough and were very attentive in their approach. Would highly recommend to all.

Howsham Hall is a stately and exquisite rural setting with its formal gardens, lawns, river terrace, beautifully proportioned public rooms, in a court yard evening area.

The guest rooms are lavish, quirky, imaginative and unique.

The staff are friendly, helpful, thoughtful, professional and generous.

The food is exquisite drawing the cuisines of a range of countries and cultures. Our own meal was a combination of vegetarian and vegan dishes all of which was met with the highest of compliments. The staff accommodated afternoon entertainment on the lawns with canapés and drinks, a formal dinner for over 80 and an evening event with DJ and live band as well as delicious food boxes for the evening guests without batting an eye lid.

Howsham Hall and the Dine team provided us with everything we needed in terms of support, advice, care and service. We really can’t recommend them highly enough

Craig, Natalie and the team are amazing. Nothing is too much hassle and they will guarantee you have a seamless and special day. We were concerned with covid issues, guests unable to attend and rearranging our date several times but Dine ensured we had the day we deserve and we loved every minute of it.
