With a country house feel in the heart of the vibrant City of London, Ironmongers’ Hall is a unique and impressive venue for your wedding celebrations. Built in the 1920s, the Tudor-style Hall boasts striking architecture and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The venue is located between the Barbican and St. Paul’s tube stations and is conveniently situated for guests travelling from out of town.
Facilities and Capacity
Ironmongers' Hall is fully licensed to hold civil ceremonies and partnerships. It is available for your exclusive use, meaning that yours will be the only wedding taking place there on the day. The stunning Banqueting Hall can seat up to 150 guests, while the Drawing Room is ideal for more intimate events with 60 guests. The Banqueting Hall is decorated in period furnishings that will take you back to a bygone era, including oil paintings and glittering chandeliers. A second-floor balcony can be used for additional seating or the bouquet toss. The Drawing Room has an ornate ceiling, an expansive mantlepiece and eye-catching wallpaper. If you want to enjoy outdoor drinks during the festivities, the charming courtyard will also be at your disposal.
