A wonderful venue + great team

Flexibility limited with listed building and being a botanical garden (so lots of rules), however that aside the team did all they could do make our day how we wanted it. Really helpful throughout the pandemic and wonderful in their support and commitment.

Magical!

Our wedding day at Kew was truly magical - every member of staff went out of their way to make the day special for us and the venue is obviously unique! We have some wonderful memories. They were also very professional during the organisation, answering every question promptly and patiently. Kew's suppliers work with them like a well-oiled machine which takes a lot of stress out of the process. You'll need to factor in extra costs though, due to the way Kew works. If you're using the Orangery you'll need to pay extra for even the most basic lighting and a PA system, even if the DJ already has one - phone around for quotes before booking the venue (the ones we called were all around £2.5k). Kew's listed suppliers are top notch but obviously that comes at a price. Finally, Kew's strict rules means it's difficult to save money in other ways, eg. by doing your own table centres or using a local florist. You can reuse the flowers from one venue in another one though, which helps. Overall a fantastic experience but be prepared to pay more than you think at the outset!

Fantastic day

We had our reception at Cambridge Cottage in Sep this year. The venue and our caterers, Lodge catering lodge-catering.co.uk were fantastic. We had a buffet on the day and the food and the service were both excellent. I can''t recommend either or them enough.

Fantastic venue, fabulous food, a wonderful day!

We had a very special day at Kew. Cambridge Cottage was a beautiful venue. The private garden was lovely for our photos. The catering was exquisite and the Kew Events Team were very attentive. We will go back to Kew and visit the gardens for our anniversary. Thank you Kew!

Thanks you so much

My daughter and her husband are now on their honeymoon after the most fabulous wedding I've ever been to. Thank you especially to staff at Kew, especially that lovely Charlie Tauchert - what a helpful young man!

The best day of our lives!!

It couldn't have been better. Apart from being one of the most beautiful places in the country to be married, the staff were incredible and made made the day unforgettable for us and all our guests.
