We knew what we wanted from a wedding venue, but after seeing several venues, we had almost come to the conclusion we would have to make some compromises. However, when we saw Kilworth for the first time in December 2022, we knew immediately that it was the perfect place for us to get married and we never looked back.

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful. It has so many unique features and spaces, and through the exclusive package, we were able to use them however we wanted.

However, undoubtedly the most amazing part of getting married at Kilworth was their team and in particular, Caroline, who was our wedding coordinator. No other wedding coordinator and wedding team came close to Caroline and the Kilworth team. At every step, they were on hand with ideas, recommendations, solutions when needed and generally just made the process of wedding planning so much easier that it was a complete joy.

I don't think "thank you" goes far enough really for everything Caroline did for us over the 18 months leading up to the wedding. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and whilst Caroline is absolutely amazing at her job, she was incredibly kind and we felt so welcomed every time we went to Kilworth. We often forgot that Caroline had many other weddings she was also the wedding co-ordinator for because she truly made us feel like we were the only ones and the priority. How she juggles this for every couple is just beyond me!

The wider Kilworth team on the day were also absolutely brilliant. They were all so calm, it helped keep us calm throughout the day so we just enjoyed every minute. Everything ran smoothly, and if there were any issues, they were dealt with without anyone telling us! So many of our friends and family commented on how amazing the Kilworth staff were throughout the day, as well as how perfect the venue was. We couldn't agree with them more! 

The extra special benefit of getting married at Kilworth is that although our wedding is over, we can still go back and visit and reminisce on the best day of our lives. Kilworth will forever hold an unbelievably special place in our hearts, and we look forward to visiting when we can and seeing the staff and Caroline again.

We couldn't have asked for more from our wedding day, it was beyond what we could have ever imagined, and so much of that was down to Kilworth being the perfect venue with the most professional and outstanding team to help make the day as amazing as it was.

In 2022, we walked into Kilworth House Hotel and knew it had to be the location of our Wedding.

The decor, the ambience and the welcome was enough to seal the deal. From that point on, Caroline Holloway and the many other staff at Kilworth couldn’t have done more for us, they went above and beyond, exceeding every expectation we may have had and making our day truly amazing.

Caroline helped us through some incredibly difficult times and personal heartache in the build up to our wedding and we cannot thank her enough for making all our dreams come true. On the actual wedding weekend, she took care of everything so that we could just enjoy our special occasion and we felt confident at all times that they had everythig under control.

Mehmet was also fantastic ensuring all of visions came true, he was there well into the night and his orchestration of our sparklers and firework display was simply fabulous.

Every one of our guests commented on the fabulous surroundings, the incredible food and the stylish bedrooms but the main comment was how they felt at ease immediately in such a grand venue and that the welcoming spirit of all staff was clear to see.

We simply cannot recommend Kilworth House Hotel enough, for afternoon tea, for theatre, for dinner or for a grand occasion, it is the place to go and will always be our go to place.

From the first enquiry Caroline Holloway and the whole team made the Whole experience great any little niggles I had Caroline was eager to help with the taste tonight amazing and great to have different foods for our guests to choose from .

Kilworth house have a professional attitude, and incredible attention to detail. They really helped us coordinate and organise our day, making it as easy as possible, providing all relevant forms to fill out so nothing is missed. When the day came the staff ensured everything was put where it was meant to be, and everyone was chauffeured around meaning we didn't have to worry about roles responsibilities and getting people in the right place.
The bedrooms are grandure and clean, and lovely rooms to sleep in. The food, both dinner and breakfast is of top quality, and worth the money.
The day before the wedding is made easier by the staff at the venue being so accommodating.

From the moment we saw Kilworth House,their amazing wedding planners and what they had to offer we were completely bowled over .
They offer the most amazing service and you are treated like family .Nothing is too much trouble for them and they all work incredible hard to ensure all your visions are executed to absolute perfection .
They keep you update constantly and don’t care how many emails you may send them !
The food is beautiful and so well presented and the wine options are vast and delicious .
We were able to hire out KH exclusively which was amazing …..And if possible I highly recommend doing it .
All the staff worked tirelessly on the day and were so kind ,polite and attentive to everyone and made them all feel so special .
KH is a very special venue ran by very special people ,I can’t praise them highly enough .
You leave feeling part of an incredible family .
