Kingston Manor sits in the middle of an AONB near the south coast and has spectacular views. The house makes for a magnificent backdrop, and the location is quite unique -- tucked away and a little bit magic.

You will have exclusive access to the 4 acres of gardens and the magnificent party barn, and 2 nights in the wedding cottage included in the hire price.

We give you 2 days leading up to your wedding to set up the scene. You can do the planning yourselves under the eye of your venue manager, or appoint one of our recommended party planners to do it all for you.

Either way you can choose every last detail -- the design of the tables and chairs, the decorations and caterers, the flowers and lighting, the bar style, the music and any extras you want to add -- and you an choose where everything goes and what happens when -- to create a wedding party wholly unique to you.

The party barn ​space is very adaptable and can be zoned into a seated dining area, bar area, indoor ceremony area, dancing area -- or you can keep it as it is in its huge and magnificent splendour. It has room to seat 200 and can be designed around smaller numbers from 50 upwards.

If you prefer, you can set up a marquee on the lawns and dine overlooking the lake.

Different areas of the garden can be brought into play for different stages of your day -- for an outdoor ceremony, for welcome drinks, for the evening, for a late-night pizza or snack van. The gardens are expansive, and there's easily space for adult or children's games. Or nothing -- the gardens in themselves are lovely on their own.

It's an incredible location, very private, with amazing views.

We can point you towards cottages and B&Bs nearby if any of your friends and family need a place to stay.

We hold a maximum of 8 weddings a year, from April to October.
