We stayed for 2 days in Lilla romantic suite and had our small wedding celebration in Palazzo Pascal. We had really great time there and are happy that we've chosen Palazzo Pascal for our special day! Hotel itself has beautifully decorated and well maintained interior & suits. Outside area offers a lot of privacy, lots of greenery & history and of course most stunning views. It's located on a hilltop near old church opening a view on the whole cost line. We also had a huge terrace in our suite that was a great place for breakfast / dinner just 2 of us. The hotel is rather small so we had lots of privacy during our stay and we also benefited from a lot of personal attention from all the stuff. Everything looks even better in a real life vs pictures on their website! We also loved their kitchen both for breakfast and as well all the dished we selected for our celebration night. Lots of variety in the menu, fresh ingredients and all delicious. Last but not least and what in fact made our stay really special are all employees working at Palazzo Pascal. No request was impossible for them and it was extremely handy to communicate via WhatsApp during the day while we were offsite to make all the arrangements. We didn't feel like we are in a hotel but rather that we came to celebrate wedding with our big Italian family. Thank you so much for benignly so warmly welcoming! Special regards to Gesualdo who was our event manager at Palazzo Pascal. We have sent our event brief to many hotels on Amalfi coast and Gesualdo was one of a few people to reply very personally understanding our needs vs generic responses most of the hotels sent. This was one of the main reasons we selected Palazzo Pascal to plan our celebration and it was the best choice to make! Gesualdo was always patient with us constantly changing things up until the last moment, adding some special requests and small details and we never heard NO. He was always flexible and genuinely helping to tailor this day and make it unforgettable for us starting from planning stage up until we left the hotel. Thank you so much Gesualdo we are so lucky to have you organising everything! We are looking forward to coming back to Palazzo Pascal for our anniversary and we hope to see all the familiar faces again!

The staff and events team at Guadalupe were fantastic from beginning to end. They allowed us to have as much freedom whilst always providing advice and support when needed. The food was simply outstanding and the service was brilliant, every member of the team treated us and our guests with such warmth and friendliness. The views from all around are gorgeous, if you’re after an authentic Tuscan backdrop, this is it. Our ceremony, dinner and party areas were so lovely and made some great photos! We couldn’t wish for better. It’s an ideal location for having all your guests (80 ish) on site, taking the stress out of transfers and accommodation hunting. It also allows you to have a bit more time everyone rather than just on the one wedding day. We had a great weekend with our loved ones and can’t thank Guadalupe enough.

I would definitely recommend Masseria Spina as a wedding venue for anyone wanting to get married in Italy (or Europe for that matter). We travelled from the UK in June 2019 and got married in Masseria Spina. Our first visit there was the year before, when we saw a number of wedding venues and decided Masseria Spina was the one for us. We just loved the history, the beautiful olive groves, the location and the stunning masseria itself. We also liked the fact that Marco was so passionate about the place, and his, Sarah and Domenico’s English was superb (which does make a difference for us non-Italian speakers) We were looking for a venue that could accommodate 20+ guests from the UK, and that was close enough to local towns that other guests wouldn’t have a problem getting there on the day, and would have other stuff to do if they decided to extend their stay. We got exactly what we wanted. With the centre of Monopoli only a 5 – 10 minute drive away and Polignano only slightly further, the location is excellent. When organising a wedding abroad, you need to feel that the venue is there to support you, and help make your many decisions that bit easier. Marco and Sarah were fantastic in this respect. We were given great recommendations for flowers, sound equipment and a place in Monopoli where we held ‘pre-wedding’ drinks the night before. They even arranged a bus to get guests from the town centres to the masseria on our wedding day. We would highly recommend taking time to taste the local Puglian cuisine at the massseria and choosing the dishes you want for the wedding breakfast. Domenico and his team are amazing and the only problem we had was choosing what not to have! Thanks to Sarah and Marco’s preparation and organisational skills, the wedding day was perfect. The tuk-tuk acting as wedding car was a great idea, and the beautiful lighting around the grounds gave us some great photo opportunities. However, for us, seeing our happy guests enjoying the delicious food (with plenty of wine) was definitely one of the highlights. We also really like the approach of having different areas for different parts of the wedding. There are quite a few to choose from. We went for the olive grove for the ceremony, main square for the meal, and the side terrace area for cake, cocktails and dancing! The booze didn’t run out (which being British we worried about a lot), and when we were ready for bed, taxis were there for off-site guests. And to finish it off, the on-site guests got a chance to laze around the pool the day after. A truly wonderful experience. Thank you Marco, Sarah, Domenico and the team of Masseria Spina.

We hosted our wedding at Castello di Petrata in August 2020 (we're extremely lucky, we know!). Words really cannot describe how perfect everything was throughout our stay, and all of our guests couldn't stop talking about the fantastic time they had at the Castello. The venue is absolutely gorgeous (traditional Italian chic, overlooking the most beautiful view of Assisi and the Umbrian valley), and being able to host our wedding (and a pizza party the day before) within the Castello's beautiful grounds made it all feel like a dream. This, twinned with the amazing food we got to experience throughout our stay helped make a perfect day even better, and myself, my new husband and all of our guests cannot compliment the Chef's enough. Most importantly though, all of the team at the Castello are simply incredible, and their helpful and friendly personalities really helped make all of our guests feel welcome and like they were a part of the wonderful Petrata family. We would highly recommend Castello di Petrata as a beautiful wedding venue.
