Landmark Wedding Venues in South West London

‘We loved being able to get married at the Bandstand. It's such a unique venue, especially as our party consisted of many kids! Tess and the team made everything easy from the start to the end’.

Thank you so so much for making our day so special. The whole day went without a hitch and we wouldn't change a thing. Everything from the venue, food, drink, band, your service and the fireworks (!) have already been noted in thank you cards, texts and emails - they and we couldn't fault anything!! Having been to 15 weddings this year we know this is rare seeing as it is often the bride the next day listing out what she would have changed. I was just mute in amazement the next day :). It's not only the big things that were noted but it's the little details that we think made it the reason why many have told us it's the best wedding they have ever been to. I think it was Liz who saw the bridesmaids bouquets and put them in pint glasses to keep their freshness, the bacon and fish finger baps have pretty much been top of the thank you list so far and the hidden gem of a bar where the gents could just go for a moment of calm. It really was just the best! We had no idea that the fireworks display would be of that scale - it was honestly the most memorable part of the night, just chilling in our buggy with a bottle of champagne at the end of the drive, looking back on and hearing the cheers of all of our friends and family on the steps. An unforgettable end to an unforgettable day. Our only regret of the day was not being able to eat The Cube as we were too busy chatting and getting ready for the first dance!! May have to sneak back and sample it soon :)

We had our wedding reception at BAC in October 2013; it was absolutely incredible! The venue was perfect for us; spacious (we had 300 guests for dancing!) and super-fun, but also had a really lovely homely, vintage feel which was perfect for us and our wedding's theme. The band looked and sounded incredible on the stage and we still get comments about how fun our day was. The staff were fantastic to deal with; we felt like we had a wedding planning team behind us! :) As locals, we absolutely loved having our wedding at such a special Battersea place, and we still walk past it and smile.

Looking back, my wedding day was fantastic - it was fun and laid back but surrounded by beautiful London architecture. I wanted the day to be a celebration of our background and not pretend to be anyone else for the day. The church was beautiful and the Law Society provided a stunning venue which made a fantastic backdrop for the photographs.

This is in recognition of excellence of the service we and our guests received from all the staff for the duration of our stay at the Club. We have had many gratifying compliments on our choice of venue and on the quaility of the catering and drinks provided. And it was the warmth of their welcome that made our day a success and memorable.

… The number of people who have mentioned how smoothly everything ran, how well it was organized and just how perfect everything was – is quite outstanding! The only credit I feel I can take is that I was lucky enough to select Gray’s Inn as the venue – the rest I cannot take credit for. ….

Wow what a wedding is really all I can say. Whatever I had imagined, whatever I had hoped for in my wildest dreams – was surpassed. You and your team should congratulate yourselves…a truly professional committed and wonderful bunch…
