Honestly so so pleased we chose to get married at Bert’s. Charlotte & Jason were there from our very first contact for any questions we had. They helped reassure us that we could make our day with them as personal to us as possible and we did just that. The barns are set up so well & I honestly think they speak for themselves. We went with a lot of the trusted suppliers and were so incredibly pleased with them all. We opted for the tractor travel to the photo spots in the wild flowers and this was such a fun part of the day. There were also sunflowers at our wedding in mid-August and we got some incredible photos there too, especially evening shots. They have the space available to hire pretty much anything you want, so we hired a rodeo bull as a surprise for the guests! We can’t thank Charlotte & Jason enough for their amazing space and all their support ❤️

Our experience getting married at The Hovels was everything we could have ever wanted. We did all our organising with Josh who is absolutely incredible. We had ‘stages’ of planning where we narrowed down food & drink options (canapés, meals, evening food, reception drinks, table drinks, options to serve at the bar), which enabled us to gradually arrive at the right combinations for us. The food is absolutely beautiful and it’s so special that most of it is sourced from the estate. Our wedding was May, and a gorgeous day- the venue allowed our ‘minimal’ look/ approach, and the natural beauty of the venue and grounds to really shine. We used the stretch tent which added some shade and a nice atmospheric touch, as well as The Hovels own furniture. We didn’t need to add much at all! We chose to hire a crazy golf course which worked well there. We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding- setting up the day before and the whole process was just so fun with Josh & the team. He was in touch regularly with ideas and thoughts based on what we’d discussed. The menu tasting is also a lovely, really special experience! We also stayed at Harewood Holidays which was really special, again Felicity and the team were so helpful with our cottage bookings and changing these/ advising us as required about best combinations and options to suit our needs. It made a really special place to get ready for the wedding, and to spend time there afterwards!

We can't thank Humphrey and the team at The Chapter Hall enough for all their hard work throughout (and in the run up to) our wedding day. It's such a lovely industrial venue and the perfect blank canvas to dress as much or as little as you like, with beautiful original features like flagstone floors and red brick walls. The team were really accommodating and we worked with them to create a day we'll always remember. We really appreciate all that they did for us. Thank you!! N&A x

There are no words to describe the professionalism of Becky (The Wedding Co-ordinator) & James(The Hotel Manager) From the first meeting, we were made to feel special, nothing was too much trouble, we were kept updated throughout. Our Wedding was extra special, as the Hotel has a Beautiful 16th Century Chapel just across the Car Park.. we were able to have a blessing there as well as the Ceremony at the hotel. All our guests have commented on how unique our wedding was and that it was up there as one of the best that they have ever experienced Thank you once again Becky and James

From planning to the day after the wedding it was absolutely perfect. The whole team went above and beyond. Roxana and joe could never do enough for us. Genuinely would not change a thing and if I could do it all over again I would still do it here. Roxana was so flexible even to the extent of a completely different meal for the groom only (fussy eater) the food was fantastic as was the service that went along with it. Can not recommend this enough to any one thinking of holding their wedding at the village north.

The weather was freezing but the atmosphere was anything but cold! The staff were super helpful throughout and really helped to make our day exactly how we wanted. You could have a high class day or a very casual affair (like ours) and they're very happy to accommodate what ever you need. We felt we could ask any silly question that came to our heads and they treated us with total respect and understanding! The venue itself is so so special; from the beautiful tiles in the conservatory to the small details in the bridal suite it is just beautiful. For me it is perfect. The day went so fast and we wish we could do it all again. Thanks Deborah, Hannah and the whole Fav team!

We had our wedding breakfast and evening do here, and would just like to thank the staff at Left Bank Leeds for all of their help in making what was an amazing day for me and Jemma. So many stresses on the day were alleviated and their help in setting up, the service and everything else inbetween that went in to the day will not be forgotten. So many of our guests commented on what a beautiful venue it is. We will be back for all of the beer and food festivals and many of the other events that go on in this amazing place.

We held our wedding party in May 2017 at New Craven Hall. We had arranged very small wedding abroad and were looking for a venue that would house a party for all of our family and friends afterwards. I fell in love with New Craven Hall for its uniqueness and industrial style. We liaised with Jane and Ben from start to finish who were so accommodating, nothing was ever too much trouble. To add to the party, we also hired a pizza van and DJ and sax which worked really well. On the evening the room looked even more amazing all dressed up and everyone complimented us on the fab choice of venue! I was so pleased we chose to go with New Craven Hall and would encourage anyone to book their events here. Thank you so much to Jane and Ben for making our party so amazing and we wish them lots of success for the future!

Every part of our civil partnership went as well as it could have thanks to the staff at Temple Newsam. The house felt like our own as we were allowed to move freely between rooms among beautiful antiques without ever feeling we were in a museum being watched. Wonderful caterers, florists and hotels in the area meant everything we wanted was easy to perfect and guests well catered for. Will never be able to thank Temple Newsam enough for helping us put it all together and regularly telling me to relax!
