We must have pestered her so much before the day came lol. She was always so helpful & nothing was too much .... we can't thank her enough. Kayleigh I hope you read this as for me personally you made me feel so relaxed & calm. Putteridge Bury was such a lovely place to have our ceremony. The room looked beautiful & so pretty with all the flowers. The grounds are amazing & we can't wait to see our photos. We have to say we can't fault this location. We got married on 5th September 2010 and we had The Faberge Suite for our ceremony and reception, and the Romanov for our wedding breakfast. This was the most amazing day of our lives. The venue is beautiful, all of it, not just the rooms we had for the day. We were very proud to hold our wedding there. The wedding team are exceptional. Marje our wedding coordinator was amazing from the time we enquired about the venue 2 years before our wedding date to the day we got married. She was both funny and warm and made us feel at ease, nothing was a problem to her. The communication was excellent throughout the process. Bobby, the banqueting manager was also exceptional, thanks to him all our instructions for the day were followed precisely and none of the staff did anything without his say so.We would just like to say that they all knew what they were doing and they all did it well. The rooms are lush, this is by far the grandest hotel ive stayed in and the prices are definately worth it. For anyone considering this as their wedding venue you will not be disappointed. Our friends and family were very impressed, as was our photographer, he couldnt believe what an amazing place it was.So many beautiful places to take photos! The experience in our eyes was faultless, they took care of everything, the food was delicious as just as we had at the menu tasting. We did not have to worry about anything on the day. I cannot see how anyone can say anything negative about ths hotel as the staff are efficient and polite. We cannot wait to return to this romantic hotel.
