Built in the 1870’s and surrounded by a mass of Rhododendron colour, the charm and enigmatic frontage of this splendid building stands proud amongst the wooded hills of the Vale of Clwyd. Retaining much of the sophistication of a more leisurely age, it is perfect for the more discerning couple.

Set against a backdrop of the stunning Welsh Countryside, your photographer will be able to record those precious moments in time as you greet your guests to this idyllic Country destination. Our red carpet welcome, together with chilled arrival drinks, will make sure that when you arrive at Lyons Woodlands Hall, you will start your married life together in style and elegance. There are also several picturesque areas both inside the hall and within the stunning grounds of the park, that your chosen photographer is free to use to make sure that every magical moment is captured for ever.

Our Conservatory Restaurant can seat up to forty people for your Wedding Breakfast. As your guests look out to the stunning views of Moel Famau and the Clwydian Range, they will enjoy excellent cuisine and fine wines all served within a majestic atmosphere. For those extra evening guests, who want to celebrate your special day with you, we can cater for up to one hundred people on a more informal buffet basis in our private dining area.

With their exquisite wooden wall panelling and imposing fireplaces, our six magnificent bedrooms ensure that we can provide suitable accommodation for all members of the wedding party. For something a little different for your guests, extra accommodation is available by booking one of our comfortable holiday homes at very reasonable cost. The lavish Tower bedroom suite will be reserved for the happy couple, completely free of charge for their wedding night.
