The restaurant's in-house kitchen offers a gastronomy based mainly on earthy, rustic dishes inspired by the Cilento tradition. The vast majority of the products used come from the farm's own organic farm; others, however, are selected from the productions of neighboring farms. Homemade pasta, fine oils, preserves, and jams are the basis of the genuine menus that characterize any event.
