Moor Hall Hotel & Spa is a 4* country house hotel in Sutton Coldfield near Birmingham. This family-owned hotel offers all you could need for a truly unforgettable wedding day.
Capacity
Moor Hall can cater for up to 180 day times guests and 250 evening guests in the main Charter Suite. The hotel also has a number of elegant rooms for smaller celebrations.
Civil Ceremonies
The Charter Suite is a stunning room licenced for civil ceremonies for up to 180 guests. You can also experience a magical fairy tale setting outside in the historic Sunken Garden at Moor Hall which is licenced for up to 150 guests. This stunning setting is the perfect choice for anyone looking for an outside ceremony. Seating is set up around the fountain and you say “I Do” in front of the stone archway. Afterwards there are beautiful backdrops for photos including the lawns, the woodlands and the Sunken Garden.
Wedding Packages
Choose a full day wedding reception or an evening only reception at Moor Hall. The hotel’s flexible packages include everything you need and you can add on and upgrade, or not, depending on what’s important to you. Full day packages start at £142 per adult in 2024 and £158 per adult in 2025. Evening only packages start at £3,000 total for 50 guests in 2024 and £3,600 in 2025.
Accommodation
Your guests can stay at specially reduced rates the night after your wedding. Moor Hall has 83 bedrooms including family rooms, four posters, rooms with hot tubs and suites. Brides love the Getting Ready Suite which includes a four poster bed, sofa bed and huge dressing tables and mirrors so everyone can get ready on the morning of the wedding in comfort. There’s a connecting twin room too so the whole bridal party can enjoy the night before the wedding together. Guests staying at the hotel have access to the Moor Hall’s pool, sauna, steam room and spa bath and with a luxury spa on site, you can add on facial and body treatments to your stay.

Head down to the Sunken Garden and see how this romantic outdoor space can be used for your wedding - perhaps for an outside civil ceremony or as the backdrop to your stunning wedding photos.
A selection of bedrooms will also be available to view.They will also have the Wedding Prep Suite available to view - a gorgeous spacious room with lots of dressing table space, a four poster bed and connecting twin room.
Their Wedding team will be there to chat to and check availability and answer any questions too.
