Customised ceremonies with Celtic traditions

We’ll organise your wedding ceremony during your stay – inside the cottage or outside in the stunning garden if the weather allows. Pamela Woodford, our experienced Minehead-based celebrant, will assist you in preparing for the big day so you have your vows and your license ready before the ceremony. She cherishes beautiful ancient Celtic traditions such as handfasting and ring warming. These provide truly memorable moments. And they are perfect for picture frames and social media!

Two to 22 guests stay in award-winning accommodation

For up to eight guests, you may only need to book one cottage–Pilgrim Corner–the location of your ceremony. For larger guest lists of up to 22, we book the two adjoining properties so you have exclusive use of Pilgrim Corner, The Old Sweet Shop, and Stone Barn. By settling in before your special day, you can relax and enjoy the entire experience.

Complete coordination

Our team manages the entire process from initial viewing to the wedding day itself through to final check-out. You can meet and speak with celebrant Pamela and the planning team as many times as you like as you prepare for your wedding.

From gowns to guided walks, cakes to chefs, fizz to florists, and hair to harpists, we work with the best local businesses that will delight you and your guests. You are free to choose all the suppliers–and to be as lavish or as simple as you like. Whether you want a private chef or fish and chips on the beach, that’s fine by us.

With the sea and its inviting beaches to one side and purple heather on the other, this venue offers a tranquil setting for your "I do's." Ancient woods, fields, and hills add a touch of magic, while thatched roof cottages, majestic castles, and stately homes pepper the surrounding villages. Your guests can enjoy picturesque countryside and coastal walks, pub lunches, and adventures – there’s so much on the doorstep.

A note about prices

Prices shown here are for a three-night stay in all three cottages for up to 22 guests. The lowest price is for the off-season, rising to peak summer/Christmas prices. Accommodation prices change. Complete coordination is a one-off fee charged for either one or all three cottages regardless of the time of year.
