Netherdale House is an exclusive use wedding venue located near Turriff, Aberdeenshire, Scotland. This Georgian B-listed mansion is nestled in mature woodland overlooking the River Deveron. The private, family-owned estate offers a tranquil setting for couples to celebrate their marriage in a memorable way in complete seclusion in the heart of the countryside.

Facilities and Capacity

Netherdale House, thoughtfully renovated and restored for exclusive use hire for Weddings and celebrations. Throughout this venue, couples will find luxurious furnishings, with fine antiques and 6 individually designed guest suites sleeping up to 12 guests, full size snooker table in the games room and an elegrant drawing room and dining room. Additional accommodation on site is available in the B-listed converted Coach house in the grounds, with a further 6 bedrooms, hot tub and fantastic undercover outdoor dining area with large fire pit for great entertaining space.

In all, up to 24 people can stay the night here in both the house and Coach House. The converted barn affectionately nicknamed 'The Hooley' has victorian style wood panelling, wagon wheel chandeliers, fairy light canopy, fully stocked bar and integrated bluetooth PA / Microphone and speaker system where up to 150 people can be seated for dinner.

For the ceremony, there are both indoor and outdoor options, as well as the 'Sitooterie' - a rustic undercover seating area with a bar - the paddock surrounding the Sitooterie has a large terrace with picnic benches and large fire pit, along with a large pavilion which can be used for undercover outdoor ceremonies. With plenty space for running mini highland games, garden games , bouncy castles, teepees etc the options are endless to keep your loved ones entertained.
