Kate and Karen helped us every step of the way bringing our special day to life. Everything was tailored to us, from decorations to the food. It made us feel special and it did not feel like a generic wedding. The venue’s price for reasonable compared to other venues in the area. Nothing was too much trouble and the barn is so beautiful. There were also some lawn games for children. It was lovely to have 10 spaces for people to stay over so I could have the bridesmaids with me and parents. We would highly recommend Dunstall Barn to anyone. It’s one of the most unique, intimate and special wedding venues around the area. Thank you for giving us memories that will last a lifetime. Our wedding was absolutely perfect! The team at Meadow & Marquee are so experienced & created the wedding we always dreamed of. A beautiful setting in the Nottinghamshire countryside - it’s got everything you need for the best day of your life!

So…my wedding, well it took me a while but I managed to find this place and this was THE place for my perfect wedding. Ive always dreamed of my wedding to be special and by sure it was. I spoke to someone called Kim for an initial viewing and it was love at first site the place is so big and very spacious. theres so much history there that it builds such a character to the place. To be completely honest the place is bare as in empty however, I believe it to be a positive as it means you can let your imagination take you wherever you want to go and be as creative with every detail for your dream wedding like mine. To decor layouts to a vast variety of any types of amenities you’d like to introduce. One key point is the whole way through I didn’t feel the stress of my wedding because Kim made sure that it was my last priority. Our events manager Kim made sure all our organisers felt comfortable and confident the whole way through. I would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for their dream wedding.

We got married at Thoresby Courtyard/Riding Hall on Friday and it was absolutely stunning. The venue itself is spectacular, it looks so beautiful it's ridiculous. But what really made the day was the amazing Amanda and Theresa! I'm the most awkward bride in the history of the world, but nothing was too much for them, they made me feel at ease, supported me throughout the planning process, and were just there to provide support and everything on the day. They're both absolute saints and we're so thankful for everything. Go view the riding hall, you'll fall in love, book it and your wedding day will be absolutely magical!

We just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and the team for everything you did for our wedding day, the place looked amazing, the tables were wonderful as was the food, the staff and service were exceptional and we have had so many compliments about you all from our guests - everyone wanted to know where we found you! We had such a wonderful, amazing wedding day which we could have done without you - thank you again.

We cannot rate Cripps Hazel Gap Barn highly enough. We were unsure about booking initially as when we first looked round it was still a derelict shell of a building. We’re are so glad we went with our gut, the venue is absolutely stunning, it definitely has the Wow factor! The staff both in the lead up to the day and on the day were superb. We cannot thank them enough for all their hardwork, they were very professional and friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure that everyone was looked after. In particular Beth and Charlie who were the managers during the day, did a fantastic job of keeping everything on track. The food was brilliant, we went with the mixed grill BBQ option and pizzas for the evening and everyone commented on how good the food was, it was presented beautifully and tasted fantastic. When we stumbled across The Pumping House as a wedding venue, we could not believe our luck! We loved the design-mix of old and new, and thought it would be a stunning location for our wedding...and we weren’t wrong. Jo and The Pumping House Team were phenomenal and our dream winter wedding would not have been realised without their incredible support. Jo was a massive help from day one - from the planning and organisation of the wedding (with many late night emails of support!), to the dressing of the venue in the most beautiful Christmas decorations, to finally, ensuring that the day was a breath-taking success. We would recommend this venue and its staff, including Gail and her wonderful catering team, whole-heartedly. Thank you so much for helping us to start our married life together in such a perfect way.

We chose Kelham House as the location for our wedding because it is such a beautiful building in wonderful surroundings. The facilities are amazing and the food and drink were of the highest quality. Of course the venue would be nothing without the staff all of which were incredible. A special thanks has to go to Nicola who is incredibly patient and organised and who became adept at handling our photographer ;) I can't recommend Kelham House enough.

The setting at Stubton Hall is beautiful the house overlooks lawns and old ceder trees and a stunning lake. The interior and in particular the bedrooms are beautifully decorated and the beds are ooh so comfey! The food and service was exceptional with every need sesitively catered for by the staff. The Party was a fantastic end to a fantastic day with the resident DJ playing all our favorite songs with fantastic lighting and soundsystem! We can whole heartedly recommend Stubton Hall Thank you!

We had the ceremony and reception at the Mill and the wedding breakfast at the Abbey and the combination was perfect. Isabel and all the staff at Rufford did the most amazing job of making our day special. They were extremely professional both in the consultations before and on the day to ensure that everything went smoothly - even to the point of noticing we were running a little late and automatically delaying the meal by 30 mins so that we weren't rushed. All guests enjoyed the food. Highly recommended and on top of that, great value for money.
