Situated 1 mile outside of the popular seaside town of Abersoch in North Wales, Nightsky Glamping offers a 3-hat tipi wedding venue and glamping accomodation for up to 82 guests.

About Us

We are a family run site offering luxury glamping accomodation under the starry skies of North Wales. Our event packages include exclusive use of our entire glamping site, including 12 Safari Tents, two holiday cottages and our 3-hat wedding tipi tent. Every tent and holiday cottage comes with its own hot tub as well as private facilities such as kitchens, toilets and showers. Full hire of our site grants you 3 day weekend access to our entire site, as well as full usage of our tipi wedding tent.

Wedding Tipi

We have optional 2-hat of 3-hat tipi hire, our 2 hat tipi hire fits 75 seated/120 standing and our 3 hat tipi hire fits 120 seated/200 standing.

Our tipi hire includes solid wooden flooring, a commercial heater and AC, dance floor, internal and external festoon lighting, as well as removable panoranimc clear panels overlooking scenic views in an Area of Outstanding Beauty (AONB). Additional tent decorations are also available for hire, including reclaimed wooden tables, chiavari chairs with padded seat cushions, PA system, wooden entrance doors and an outdoor bar.

Our friendly alpacas can also be seen from the wedding tipi. You will be able to access the tent the day before your event weekend and we can work closely with you to create, design and decorate a space that matches your day.

Accomodation

Next to the wedding tipi field we have 12 luxury glamping tents that each come with their own toilet, kitchen, shower as well as indoor and outdoor log burners. On the decking of every tent there is a hot tub, BBQ and outdoor seating area. The 12 tents on site consist of a variety of Safari Tents (sleeping up to 8 guests) and Woody Tents (sleeping up to 4 guests). Inside each tent are separate bedrooms of single bedrooms and double bedrooms. Fresh linen bedding and towels are provided in every tent as well as electric fans, TVs and wall heaters.

A short walk away from the glamping site there are two farm cottages. Horseshoe Cottage is our detached barn conversion cottage that sleeps 11 guests. The property has five bedrooms and four bathrooms as well as an open plan kitchen and living area with a log burner. Outside there is a decking area with a hot tub, BBQ and views overlooking the alpaca fields and hills.

Owl Cottage is a beautiful one bedroom property on the grounds that is perfect for the wedding couple. It has its own private outdoor area nestled away from the other accomodations with a hot tub and an indoor log burner.

All of our accomodations must be hired to have access to the full site and all hire grants you 3 night weekend access.

Bar and Catering

An indoor bar is included in your weekend hire, as well as highly trained bar staff to serve you and clear drinks throughout the wedding day. Our bar team will work with you to create a bespoke bar package that includes all your favourite drinks. We can work with you to choose your tipples of choice, as well as providing a paid bar, partially-paid bar or free bar.

Our unique Jolly Sailor Boat Bar can be hired at an additional cost. The Jolly Sailor Bar is our Corribee boat that was no longer seaworthy, to give the boat a new lease of life it has been converted into our outdoor bar, serving draught beers, wines, spirits, cocktails and frozen cocktails. This external bar helps create a special atmosphere and lights up when the sun begins to set.

Nightsky Glamping allows you the choice of internal or external catering depending on your needs. We can provide set menu wedding breakfasts or external caterers can be brought in and granted full access to our commerical kitchens for the entire weekend. We also have an additional food preparation tent that can be erected for larger wedding events.

On-site we have woodfired pizza ovens which we can serve as your evening snacks, this comes at an additioanl cost dependent on the number of pizzas and variety of toppings. Further menus can be provided upon request.

Additional Information

Nightsky Glamping is not a licensed wedding venue but can cater to wedding blessings and wedding celebrations. We are also 100m away from St Cian's Church in Llangian and 1 mile away from St Engan's Church in Llanengan.
