Wedding Venues in North London

We recently hosted our wedding reception at Bellanger and it exceeded our expectations! Natalie worked closely with us from start to finish, ensuring that even the smallest details were handled with care, allowing us to focus on enjoying our day. The private dining room provided the perfect backdrop for our reception, creating an intimate atmosphere for our guests. The food was exceptional – every dish was full of flavour and they even provided us with a wedding cake which was a delight. Our guests also commented on how delicious the food was and we were very impressed by how flexible the kitchen was in accommodating various dietary needs. Bellanger helped make our wedding day truly unforgettable. We highly recommend Bellanger for anyone looking for a venue that goes above and beyond. Shalimar and The Vicky Stakes team were incredibly calm, professional and helpful throughout the lead up to our wedding and especially on the day. We hired out the whole pub for our 80-100 guests and the Yard was perfect for a sit down meal whilst upstairs was a great dance floor for the evening. Everyone commented on how delicious the food was and how helpful everyone working there throughout the day was. There were a couple of hiccups in the lead up to the big day and Shalimar and Kasia were patient and kind with our concerns - we were very grateful for this.

We got married in the Chapel in March and it was utterly amazing. The Chapel itself has been renovated beautifully and can accommodate different events and sizes (I believe up to 50 on the ground floor and 20 in the Mezzanine). The Hackney Venues team (who manage the Chapel as a venue) were really great and helpful. Jess was our point of contact and is really sweet and helpful, as was the rest of the team. They were there on the day to help guide guests and suppliers. One downside was that no vehicles are allowed within the cemetery so suppliers, guests and brides all have to walk along the path to the Chapel. This does, however, allow guests to properly appreciate the Chapel and how special it feels. I believe we were the 3rd wedding in the Chapel and I’m sure there will be many many more.

I would love to start with how amazing kervan banqueting staff has been with us and the experience was fantastic. I have enjoyed my special day and all the services provided was a gold star experience.

We don’t live in the U.K., and we’re a little worried that planning our wedding from afar would be a challenge. However, in the end, it all worked out perfectly! We couldn’t be more grateful for the exceptional assistance of Mery Villeda Meza, the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel’s special events planner. She arranged regular zoom calls to check in with us, and made sure we were thinking about everything we needed to. She had some great suggestions on how to make our special day truly memorable, and was able to handle some last minute changes with no fuss - we were really happy with the outcome.

We were married in the Chapter Hall at the Museum in Sept 2022, with a reception to follow in the historic cloister gardens. The venue was stunning and needed no decoration from us to be breathtaking; Claudia and the whole team were fantastic in the lead-up to the event and on the day did an amazing job of keeping us calm and making sure we were in the right place at the right time. Finally, the cloister garden was such a special and intimate space to share our first drink with family and friends.

We had our wedding the Depot and it was a fantastic day. The preparation and the planning went very smoothly and everything was well organised. Thanks to Emer, the bar manager who was very professional and helped a lot this day to go really fantastic. Our family and friends absolutely loved the place and we all had an amazing time. We had a brilliant night celebrating our wedding at this beautiful bar. Its’ tucked off the main road so felt like a little private nook in the heart of London. We had the whole place to ourselves for our reception which was fantastic, room to chat, eat and dance the night away. The staff were delightful from our initial booking and on the day, everything was so easy to organise with them. The food was delicious, the drinks are amazing (!!) its’ a unique space but still had a really cosy atmosphere. All our guests commented on how great the venue was. Good luck with your big day!

It was a glorious place to attend the wedding of our dear friends. The space is so elegant and intimate. We also loved seeing the couple celebrate in a space that reflected their values.
