We held our wedding reception at The Refinery late last August and couldn’t be happier with how the day turned out. Anita and her team were incredibly accommodating throughout the entire process. We opted for a more relaxed, standing reception, which Anita and her team highly supported. The canapés and small food bowls followed by a large charcuterie/mezze table were a huge hit with our guests! Everything went smoothly on the day, and we felt completely at ease, trusting Anita and her team with every detail. I highly recommend The Refinery for a wedding- if we could we would do it all over again!

We had our wedding celebration at Lula. We booked the loft and restaurant for this. Positives: The venue is beautiful and needs minimal decoration. The food was amazing; the chef is truly professional and everyone loved it. They redecorated the restaurant section and added a set of couches to make it a lounge, which was beautiful. The staff was very hardworking, professional, and lovely. They provided us with a lounge, a wedding breakfast space and a dance floor. Flexibility with Cake: The bakery was scheduled to deliver and set up the cake at 16:45, but they delivered it at 09:45 instead. The Lula team handled the situation professionally by storing the cake and setting it up at the correct time. They presented the cake beautifully and assisted in cutting it into nice pieces. It could not have been more perfect. The list of available drinks was huge, and they were happy to make custom drinks and bring in different juices if requested in advance. The event manager tried to accommodate every wish we had, and on the day we could not have hoped for more. Most of our guests said it was one of the best weddings and most beautiful venues they had ever been to. Negatives: Food tasting for the wedding menu was not included, which we had assumed would be, but it was given at a 50% discount. We had to sort out the floral decoration last minute, as they had initially suggested they would arrange it for us after providing a budget, but later said we needed to find our own. At times, they were a bit slow to respond, which made us anxious, but after communicating with them, this was resolved, and communication was very swift. In conclusion: Lula gave us the most beautiful wedding we could have dreamt of. We highly recommend them. The venue, the food, the service were amazing, and we could not have hoped for more.

The whole team at Never For Ever helped us have the most perfect wedding day. It was the most relaxed and fun day, all our guests raved about how brilliant the food was and how helpful all the team was. We want to do it all over again!

We had our wedding breakfast and reception at The Prince Albert in August 2020 and couldn't recommend it highly enough. It was exactly the relaxed fun vibe we wanted to create and the staff were all incredibly helpful. The food is amazing and we found that both the variety and quality was much better compared to more standard wedding venues. We really enjoyed the tasting evening where we got to try all of the dishes and sample the wines. The layout at The Prince Albert is perfect for a wedding because you can have the formal wedding breakfast upstairs and downstairs there's plenty of room for the dance floor on one side and photo booth on the other (you can also get married on site but we did this elsewhere). The pub garden was also perfect as it was a lovely summers evening and our guests were able to move in and out as they wanted to, We had around 80 guests and it was a perfect size. The team were incredibly helpful, from helping us setup the table decorations the night before to helping things ran smoothly to time on the day and allowing items that we had hired to be collected after the big day. Finally, we also felt that it was incredibly good value as there isn't a separate hire charge, just a minimum spend. We would highly recommend The Prince Albert as a wedding venue and look forward to returning to celebrate our anniversary in future years,

‘The marriage of 30 Euston Square old and new features was very attractive. The State Rooms were of excellent quality and did not require much in the way of decoration, they were beautiful in their own right. We loved having our receiving line on the balcony overlooking the atrium, it was a stunning backdrop. The pre-planning of our wedding day was outstanding. We had a personal wedding planner who kept in regular contact and met all our requirements. When it came to the wedding breakfast, our French guests, probably the most discerning of our diners, were very impressed with the quality and variety of the food on offer.’

We are still on cloud nine here. I really can't thank you enough for such a perfect and wonderful day. Kendall and I had the time of our lives, every detail was perfect and our guests had an amazing time too and are totally raving about how fab it all was. Every sterward, waiter/waitress were utterly professional and kendall and I (and all our guests) have never felt so well looked after. We knew Lords would be a special place but all the amazing service took it to another level. Lisa I would especially like to thank you, you have been an utter pleasure to work with and nothing was too much trouble, your attention to detail and easy going nature made the whole planning process a dream you really are a credit to Lords! Chris's attention to detail on the day did not go unnoticed either. He is an utter professional who is also easy going and great fun, as an events team you two are unbeatable!

On a more personal note - Tom and I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to you, Paul and everyone who helped our event run so smoothly. Your team were fantastic and Paul was the perfect event manager - calm and always smiling. And thank you to you for answering all my little questions and letting me get on with planning everything myself.The mappin pavilion looked gorgeous with all the lights and lemur decorations.

My husband and I got married here in July 2005. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a small, friendly wedding in a pretty Queen Anne townhouse. It was not overly swanky or stage-managed, but that''s what we wanted. Our 30 guests could easily come by public transport, which they all appreciated. We married in the late afternoon, which meant we had the garden to ourselves. This was relaxing and the children could run around. The food was great, and the caterers took every care in creating the menu we wanted eg. including my favourite trifle! and brownies with our initials in icing.
