We had a relatively late venue change to Norton Park and from the outset Emma and the wider team were simply phenomenal! They were accommodating and kind and nothing was too much trouble. Emma went above and beyond to make our day as perfect as possible (only drawback being lack of AC in bridal suite which, in August, made it a little unbearable but in all honesty in the grand scheme of things? Was not a big deal). Emma also accommodated a last minute change to plans due to an injury to the Father of the Groom. Quite simply, Emma and Norton Park made our day the best of our lives and we could not be more grateful.

We got married on the 22nd June this year and we had the most magical, beautiful and perfect day. It was everything we wished for and more. The venue was dressed so beautifully. Emma was extremely helpful with all wedding planning leading up to the day and her and her team were fantastic on the day. Service throughout the day was really good and our day couldn’t of run anymore smoothly from start to finish. We had lots of comments from family and friends saying how amazing the day was and how yummy the food was.
I stayed the night before in the bridal suite and then got ready in there with all my bridal party. The breakfast that got brought upstairs was amazing!! Emma arranged a room for Al and his groomsmen to get ready in when they arrived in the morning. We then stayed in that room the night of wedding which was remade up and had flowers taken up to the room.

We even got gifted a personalised cake knife set from the hotel which was a lovely surprise.
We couldn’t fault our wedding day at all, we had the best wedding ever, Thankyou Emma and her team and all of Norton park. Norton park will always have a special place in our hearts and we will be back in the future to stay!

Wow, where to start! We got married May 2024 and after planning our wedding with Norton Park since 2022, we couldn’t have been happier with the service that the team provided us. Emma was fantastic from start to finish, her communication, vision and attention to detail was superb! From menu tastings, to viewings and meetings with Emma, she knew our vision and created exactly what we wanted. Any changes or updates we needed to share were no problem for her and even arranging a meal for my family the night before was no hassle for Emma. She brought such a calm presence to the morning and showing pictures of the set up whilst I was getting ready was exactly what this control freak bride needed!
All of the hotel staff went above and beyond from house keeping to catering staff and receptionists the morning after!
The wedding breakfast was perfect, with guests complimenting it as the ‘best food they’ve ever had at a wedding’.

Our wedding was in July and was truly the perfect day. Emma and David are an awesome team and they ensured everything was as we wanted and that it all ran smoothly. The venue itself had everything we were looking for - a characterful building to get married in, a good party venue for the evening do and plenty of accommodation. So many of our guests commented on the quality of the food for our wedding breakfast - it was great - not only tasty but everyone getting their food in a timely way and all as per the arrangements we had agreed beforehand.
We truly recommend Norton Park without hesitation. The package we chose turned out to be excellent value for money because lots of things were included in the price that are routinely charged as extras at other venues. Also, the suppliers that Norton Park used were top quality; in particular the stationery, DJ and flowers.
We'd do it all again there tomorrow if we could!

Me and my (now) husband had the most magical wedding at this venue. Emma, who organised it for us, was absolutely fantastic. The venue itself is stunning with so many lovely secret spots for photos. However, Emma really went above and beyond in making our special day easier. Anyone currently in the process of organising a wedding will know how much work it is- and we decided to try and achieve that in just eight months!! Emma was on top of everything we needed to do for the reception, and chase us up with anything we forgot to do as well. She worked with us with all our preferences and offered solutions when we were stuck. She even helped ensure everything was in order food wise with myself as a coeliac and needing gluten free food, and other allergens for certain guests.

We had an intimate August wedding at the Manor House which was fantastic! Emma was a real help when organising the wedding - she was always responsive and made lots of helpful suggestions which improved the weekend. The team assigned to look after us for the actual weekend were lovely (especially Jodie). Great food for the pre-wedding dinner and wedding breakfast. Overall would recommend!

Emma and her team are absolutely amazing!! We had a fabulous day, everyone made us feel so so special. I love this hotel and the barn is a fantastic space for any advent, our day couldn't have gone better and we will deffinatly be returning! We had the most perfect wedding at Norton Park Hotel and honestly couldn't have wished for better. Initially, there was a little bit of a staff turnaround but our expectation were well and truly exceeded. Our Wedding Coordinator (Emma) was an absolute hero through the entire planning process and on the day, I did not have one single thing to worry about. We had so many compliments on the food and the general aesthetics of the hotel, it is a beautiful setting and every single staff member we encountered were so friendly and helpful. A few days before the wedding we had some last minute changes which she accommodated perfectly without any problems and the day of the wedding was perfect and went exactly as planned. When we first booked Norton Park Hotel for our big day, we had high hopes for a memorable day. While there were some hiccups during the lead-up to the wedding, the actual day itself turned out to be faultless, thanks to the incredible efforts of their dedicated staff, particularly Emma, Kim and David.

In all honesty, our journey towards the wedding day was less than smooth. We encountered a handful of issues, particularly regarding the meals we went for on several occasions prior to the day. On multiple occasions, we had to address discrepancies with the food along with our first menu tasting evening which was short of a disaster and caused us unnecessary anxiety and stress. However, Emma assured us that despite these initial setbacks, things would improve on our big day as it was a different team running the event and told us not to worry.

And improved, they did. The team led by Emma, Kim & David were dedicated to ensuring our day ran smoothly from start to finish.

Emma, Kim and David were our main points of contact on the day, they all went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and address any concerns we had. They took charge of the entire day, overseeing the setup and ensuring that the tiny details were perfect. David & Kims presence alone put us at ease and allowed us to fully enjoy our special day.

David and Kim orchestrated the smooth flow of the entire wedding. From coordinating with the kitchen staff to managing the waiting staff, they ensured that the service was faultless. Their calmness and professionalism set the tone for the entire venue. It was clear that their expertise and experience were instrumental in executing a flawless event.

The staff as a whole, on the day of our wedding, exceeded all expectations. They were attentive, friendly, and highly efficient, making sure that each guest felt comfortable and well taken care of. From the serving staff to the bartenders, everyone contributed to the incredible ambiance of the day. The quality of service provided was truly remarkable, and we sincerely appreciated all their efforts.

While the lead-up to our wedding left something to be desired, it was the tireless dedication of Emma, David and Kim, along with the exceptional wedding team at Norton Park that redeemed our experience. Their unwavering commitment to ensuring a perfect day made a lasting impression on us and our guests.

David and Kim transformed what could have been a disastrous experience into a truly memorable one. The exceptional service and care provided by the entire team on our wedding day more than made up for the earlier set backs and both my husband and I genuinely had the best day of our lives.

We would highly recommend Norton Park to couples seeking a beautiful and well-managed location for their special day. Unfortunately David has now left Norton Park however, with a competent team like Kim and Emma leading the way, you can rest assured that your wedding will be flawlessly executed, leaving you with precious memories that will last a lifetime.

We viewed a couple of venues before settling on Norton Park. There was a part of me that always wanted to get married here but we compared to other venues anyway and they still came out on top!

The value for money was great, and I can’t rate the professionalism we witnessed highly enough. From start to finish, we were in constant contact with the team and had regular meetings. They catered perfectly for our mixed culture wedding and nothing was too much trouble.

On the day itself, the team looking after us were great, other members of the bridal party even commented to us how great they thought they were! From ensuring we’d eaten enough throughout the day, to arranging all our decorations and carrying the train on my dress - they really went above and beyond!

The grounds that the hotel is set in are beautiful, we were lucky enough to have amazing weather on our mid-October wedding date and the stunning grounds look great in our pictures.

We couldn’t stop talking about how perfectly everything went so absolutely had to write this review! We highly recommend Norton Park and everyone in the team who helps make your wedding day happen.

Beautiful barn for the ceremony and meal decorated nicely with flowers and lights. Larger space in the Norton suite for the evening meant we could invite more friends along to enjoy our day. Norton park event organisers were very helpful, supportive and flexible in all the arrangements so we could tailor the day and costs to what we wanted and could afford. Highly recommended as a venue.

A week today we got married at the amazing Norton Park Hotel. We had our ceremony and Bbq in the Hampshire and reception drinks at the Manor House leading to our evening in the Norton Suite! We had a rough ride after booking our wedding 2 years ago and there being a lot of change of staff but when EMMA joined the business she is a breathe of fresh air, always quick to respond to email she is absolutely fantastic! We booked our wedding reception at Norton park in the Hampshire barn which was amazing , following this we had our evening part in the Manor House which was honestly my favourite part of the whole day. All our loved ones , in one place , a gorgeous walled garden perfect for a BBQ.

Emma was the most helpful , amazing wedding co ordinator. So many people told us how fantastic of day they had and it wouldn’t have been possible without Emma’s hard work.

Emma was so dedicated to making our day magical and memorable and she did just that , during wedding planning and visiting the venue we were so comfortable with Emma!
